- When you call reception to ask for something they take quite a while to come. Had to call a couple times to get what was needed. - no ice on the floor ice machines and room fridges did not really keep drinks cold

- breakfast was excellent especially the gözleme - spa included - rooms were quiet

The jacuzzi was out of order. The furniture in our room was very old, probably like 20 years old. It is not a modern hotel anymore, it needs renovation.

The sauna and steam cabin was very good. The Turkish bath is also a pleasant experience. Breakfast was very good.

The website says that parking is available. But on the day we arrived there was some kind of conference and the places were occupied. We asked the reception to help us and they told us that it was not their problem. It was rude of them. Five minutes passed and another person helped us down to the parking lot under the hotel and we were able to find a place there. The room was poorly cleaned. On the floor I found an earring from the previous guests, right in the middle of the room. The earring was large and it was difficult not to notice it, this suggests that no one swept the floor. There was dust and dirt everywhere on the floor in the corners. the spa center was dirty, we didn't dare to use the spa. It's not five stars and overpriced.

The breakfasts were delicious.

Do not be fulled with the pictures of the bathtub - you are not allowed to get a bath stopper unless you upgraded to the Suite. I thought first it is a mistake and called reception: I was told that my class room did not have a plug and hung up, I called back - they were not answerring. I went to the reception and ask a gentleman there, he repeated that it is the hotel's policy - but I check on the Booking.com - nothing. And they even answerred on the similar question here that it was a mistake. Besides, bathtub was not clean, there were residuals of a papers and hair. I assume that staff knew that it is not possible to take a bath and did not bother to clean it.

Location is great, not far from the SAW airport, very next to the nice promenade. Good that the parking is on premise and free. Good for a non-picky person for 1-2 nights.

The rooms need renovation the beds are to soft, the aircon didnt work in the first room and the temperature was 26.5 degrees on the display. i ended up opening a window all night. The second room the sockets didn't work so nothing charged overnight

The room was a little bit warm even though when the AC was ON. Due to the winter time, the problem solved by opening the window, but the noise then come into the room :-|

The hotel location is great, it has sea-view. The hotel is not far from the train station in case transportation to Istanbul tourist area like Fatih is preferable to be used. The parking and breakfast were good. The room service from restaurant was good with an affordable price similar to fastfood restaurant at shopping center.

In my eyes could the breakfast style a little bit updated. The selection of cheese and also the selection of vegetable is huge. The paper cups for orange juice is far away from standard in this kind of hotel. Also salt and pepper will be handled by small packages. Also the staff in breakfast rooms prepare all eggs at the same time. The result is cold eggs etc. I think the portfolio is ok, but the way how they offer the food is strange and upnormal. the table decoration is prepared like a contine and not like a restaurant. The style has to be changed !

The hotel is pricewise quite ok. The rooms are defintly not new, but the hotel is cheap compare other hotels. You also have a free parking in an underground parking.

Property needs maintenance, first room allocated to me had the door falling off the hinge making it difficult to close the door- room was changed . Room was too hot . Reception was notified. Room description was was garden view , instead I had railway line view off constant noisy trains & aircraft. Rooms not sound proof as described- I heard the gentleman next door coughing. Service in gourmet restaurant is very poor.

Location was perfect for an event held at conference center. Close to railway line . Breakfast were very good .

I had 2 reservations because I added days to my stay. When the first reservation ended, the key-card stopped working and to get another key, I had to pay with the credit card and it cost me some € more than the booking confirmation stated.

Dont go to Bistro restaurant. We waited 2 hours for the food. And we did not get what we ordered. The hairdresser is enourmously expensive. So ask for the price in advance. Room was to Hot. So we had to sleap With open Windows.
