Some staff specifically in restaurants and beach club was not too pleasant. Of course depend who but some were like they would work for penalty. Service quality overall low. Not everyday our room was tide up. Somehow cleaning stuff every time managed to not give a towel for our kid. Facility is touched by age however still well maintained. Although mold in shower… Too far from town.

Big bonus is for private beach and nice terrace. Dinner and breakfast was quite ok with wide selection but in overall average. Hamburger in bar was truly bad I would expect much more. We were with our kid with extra bed no extra charge for that big plus.

the air conditioner in our room was loud, most of the staff can't communicate in English.

The room is spacious, breakfast was good, pool area was calm and nice. great location, few minutes away from Alacati center and Cesme marina. the staff were nice and very helpfull.

We got a room that was an odd selection for a 68/62 couple. It was nearly entirely taken up by a huge round bed with a mirrored ceiling. The bed was surrounded by a barrier making it sort of a cooking pot, which could only be exited at one point. While it’s not unusual for Turkey to have no flat bedsheet under the blanket, but for $450/night hotel one could expect a better with Western customs. Also, while this is indeed a top-class resort, for that money you would expect an all-inclusive treatment.

Excellent private beach, indoor and a large outdoor pool, mineral hot springs pool. Beautiful sea view.

The bed wasn't furnished upon check in, we had to ask and wait for the blankets. Parking is a bit of a hassle during the day as hotel guests and the water park guests park in the same area.

It's clean, family-friendly, breakfast is delicious. Easy access to the beach and multiple pools for children and adults. The staff are very friendly and helpful even though their English isn't very good.

We stayed in a bungalow and it was not used for some time and it was dusty and dirty. We talked with the reception and they immediately sent a room service to clean it. They are really interested and taking a solution for your problem

This hotel is absolutely a family hotel. We like the location, sandy beach and quiet pools. They don't have so many activities after 22 and you can enjoy the silence.overall cesme is over crowded and expensive but ilica is good for money. The foods are also quite delicious and you can find a variety of types.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Hotel Ilıca Spa & Wellness Thermal Resort. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care of us. Our room was very clean, well located with a great view. The spa center was exceptional, suitable for adults with its terms and for children with its pools with attractions. The evening buffet was of remarkable quality and the Kid's club, open until 10pm, offered many activities and games, as well as a mini disco with dance lessons. Also, I would like to point out that we could trust the staff. I forgot my Bluetooth headphones in my room and they were sent by kargo within 24 hours which is really appreciated. Thank you all for this wonderful stay.

less of activities, some activity for all days of the week would be great. live music all nights will be good. Cabin room , toilets need detailed cleaning. bed linens need cleaning and the mattress is not comfortable.

Everything was excellent! Location, facilities, staff, etc. We are thankful for great staffs like Mr.Emrah ans Ms.Nazan (babysitter of hotel). We will choose this great hotel for our next stay.

Room need new furniture, bathroom was smelly of sewage, dinner time is very short 7 to 9 pm, bathroom tile was broken.

Beach is different from other white sandy with clear water, romantic outdoor sitting areas, thermal pool, view from the lodge, staff were very friendly, suitable for couples. Staff was very friendly, We arrive early and they gave us free early check in with breakfast.

The pricing in September could be more affordable.

Breakfast was pretty nice. Beach, docks and whole facilitiy were pretty nice but unfortunately due to the strong winds we couldn't enjoy the beach well. Staff were pretty helpful and professional.

The only thing we didn't like was the coffee machines in the dining room. Anything with milk does not taste good. Tastes like using coffee mate not fresh milk.

Excellent resort with very good facilities. We really enjoyed our time at the resort. Many things to do and several pools to enjoy.
