We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americawe did not appreciate the manager who checked us in. wanted to charge us $55 per night extra because we chose a room with single occupancy instead of double by mistake on Booking.com. we booked 22 days at this hotel and we felt the Managment was trying to take advantage of the situation to make more money that was unreasonable. luckily we canceled our booking and made new booking on the spot and end up not paying a dollar more. this shows how the hotel Managment were not fair in their over charges since the prices on Booking.com were the same for single and double occupancy during our stay.
this hotel is located in the center of the old city. very comfortable rooms and cleaning crew were very nice.

However some of the features need upgrading like the towels in the bathroom were placed too high, shower chair could be more sturdy, an extra grab bar in shower area would be nice The wheelchair ramp in front was too steep. Revising and upgrading the facility for wheelchair ♿ access is highly recommended

Oman1. I paid in cash on arrival, yet I received an email from booking.com that my card didn't work. This was embarrassing. The hotel should have a system to inform booking.com that payment has been received. 2. I had a triple room on 5th floor. The room was good with a good view BUT very noisy due to the noise of AC vents and kitchen exhausts from adjoining buildings. 3. THE WORST THING WAS THAT AC WAS WORKING WHERE AS IT WAS WRITTEN AC IS PROVIDED.

IsraelOur room was very smelly, they solve the problem just on the third day of our stay. There is no room service, I asked for scissors to my room, I was told to go to the reception to take it. There is no iron in the hotel.
great location, the hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly. we arrived at 6 am they let us go in and they serve us coffee and biscuits. I forgot my jacket in the room after check out, they help me found it after I arrived in my country.
