The beach and pool were closed, which we were not expecting but we were upgraded to a seaview room to compensate.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

Property was clean and very good located. Hotel’s beach is clean and very nice. This beach is not for children. This is only for adults. Efe is very good guy! Many respects!!! Also very good that they have spa and massage for really good price.

the Place where it’s situate is really nice and have a lot of facilities nearby to the big mall only 1,2 km ( a good easy 15min walk) the architecture of the hotel looks really nice, it’s clean and the pool at the rooftop is enjoyable. they have their own privat beach which is cool, workers are friendly and the manager Evren Tegmen was unbelievable to us and make our stay real easy and comfortable. And to finish a little plus for the massage crew :)

Unfortunately the private beach area was closed for refurbishment. This beach is litterally the reason for us to have booked this hotel specifically so it was a huge disappointment. We should have been notified since the booking was done months in advance. No compensation or other service provided.

Spa very nice with professionals but extremely costly as prices reach thousands of euros.

The rooms, unfortunately, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which was particularly a problem for my kids, who aren't used to that smell. Also, the beds and pillows were kind of uncomfortable, with a cheap, lumpy foam quality. They also had bizarre restrictions on which rooms kids could stay in, with no real explanation.

The location is ideal and beautiful. And the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Roof top deck could use some attention though it seems not a lot use it. Some plants and cleaning would go a long way. Beach area. Nicely set up and it is a lot of stairs Made it though without using the defibrillator. Bar prices were expensive but I guess they had a long way to carry it.

Looks very nice and was clean in the main areas. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. Amazing views from the breakfast/bar area. Staff we friendly and wanted to assist at every level.

The room service they didn't do the job correctly you have to call them again to clean the room correctly. The stuff at the restaurant didn't serve us too many times you have to ask for drink at least 2 times while other guests are verry well served .

The hôtel is beautiful and peaceful with an amazing Seaview the room are big and verry confortable with moderne commodities the beach is the most interesting thing ,i realy enjoy the stay

Tv not working for three days and limited English channels. No milk or stirrers in room. Limited information provided without asking or guessing. Breakfasts need yogurt and some more cooked vegetables & gluten free options, otherwise very good.

Berna was outstanding and gave lots of help. Most other staff were friendly. Sauna and spa great. Brilliant sea view from our room. Great location. Comfortable large bed and room. Lots to love

The beach was already closed for the winter, although the beach in neighboring hotels was open. In the room, the cabinet doors moved with great difficulty. Although it was hot enough the air conditioner in the room was blocked by the upper level system and was not able to work for cooling

Staff at breakfast ignored us sometimes, when for example we asked for tea we got it way after we finished our breakfast. I also didn’t like the fact that you are not garanteed a place at the private beach although you are paying for that and is included in your stay. So you have to either come way earlier and book your seats at the private beach/reception same day, or book it in advance the day before. If you want to choose which seat you want at private beach you have to book in advance otherwhise you will get random sets and in most cases seats with the worst views
