The room was not clean and the service was unresponsive. Upon arrival, we checked-in quite late, arrived to the room at 11pm to realize there was a layer of dirt on the floor, the hotel slippers had a wet patch on them, the bathtub had not been cleaned and there was a used soap left in our shower. To top it off, the hot water didn’t work in our room and when we brought it up to reception they informed us that they would call a technician but we didn’t receive any response for the whole night. The hot water got fixed and room got cleaned the next morning, but on the last morning of check-out the water stopped running altogether and we were unable to use the toilet, sink or shower. Reception was unresponsive to our calls and gave the impression that the whole place was quite understaffed.

The location is simply unbeatable. The rooms were situated each with a clear view over the ocean, the private beach was so tranquil, and the water of the ocean was crystal clear - we could even glimpse tiny fish swimming with us at the beach! The breakfast was also exceptional

Surprisingly the breakfast selection was very limited. Also we faced many little issues which were difficult to solve: we didnt have AC controller, the trash bin and towels in the room, which took 3 people to solve and numerous reminders from us. Also our phone didn’t work so we had to walk to the reception or catch staff between stairs. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel by the way because its located on a hill.

The pier was really nice & picturesque. The location is unique and very beautiful. The rooms are clean and newly renovated.

Our room (205) had problems with hot water. We use to wait twenty minutes it during the day. In the morning there wasn’t any hot water. The room was with very low lighting, not like in the photos. And I think they need require repairs room, especially because the hotel was not cheap one

Bathroom in the room need small renovation, in some places there are mold and rust. And room cleaning wasn’t that good. Service on the beach bit slow, and time to time was a problem to speak with waiters on English, they tried to understand the language. Menu on the beach simple, I would love to see Turkish kebab or healthy simple dishes with rice and some kind of grilled meat/fish. Not only sandwiches/burgers and pide. The beach are shared with guest from Mekvin Villas and Suits and Radisson Blu.

Reception. We ended up to stay in this hotel twice for one week. And ended up stayed a whole week. After 2 nights we left the hotel, but decided to came back immediately, because this is the best hotel in whole Kas! And we were not mistaken. Hazal gave to us the best room and price, every morning she been so helpful and nice, with good sense of humour! Thank you, we love it! Good to have a business with you))) In the evening, when we had some issues with water, Feyza very professional tried to solve this problem. Thank you for staying strong)) Hotel. The hotel is stunning. View is hilarious. Rooms are big enough. We had an amazing stay here, even there was some issues with water. Despite the problem, Ertan made our stay more than 100% unforgettable. Thank you so much! Restaurant and meal. It’s a beautiful, wow - view restaurant with the sea-water pool. Breakfast is amazing. Large selection of vegetables, greenery, fruits, cheeses. You can choose your own eggs style! I loved it! In the evening we had a sunset dinner, is something unbelievable beautiful. Service is good, Dika always made it stunning! Beach. Cozy and photogenic, renovated beach piers. Clean, new beds. Big and light umbrellas. You can always change a towel. Shower. Cafe. Bar. Clean, see-through and turquoise sea. We loved spend time by the beach. Hotel allowed us to stay the whole day on the beach after a check-out at 11-00, because our flight wasn’t before 1 am. Thank you all so much for everything!!!

    Nothing

This is the second year I have stayed at the Hotel. The staff (everyone of them) were so friendly and would always check if I wanted something but not in an intrusive way. The beach area is extremely nice and laid back and water crystal clear and clean. The room was extremely comfortable with just a great great view. I understand that they will soon be be merging with a sister Raddison Blu in June which is brand new and close. I will be back next year 100 per cent it is so relaxing. Highly recommended and a special thanks to Betty who was very helpful and all the lads at the beach club, “Until next year” :)

Workers are very nice and try to do their best to help you. To them I give a 10 score. However Turkey is known for its hospitality and you do expect some nice extras, a free coffee here or there or some complimentary snack. We spend many hours in the hotel near the main pool area and there was no single attention from anyone including the owner who was present there. Not even tea which in Turkey you get for free everywhere. There is not even a tea or coffee machine in your room. Next to this, the hotel asks for 5.15€ for a 0,3dl beer or 2,50€ for a coffee, which is ridiculous for Turkish standards, in my view the place is nice but is extremely overpriced.

Location is perfect even though I prefer the south side of the peninsula which is more quiet. This hotel faces north roughly. I have been several times in the Kas peninsula and like going up and down several stairs so location of hotel is very nice.

The breakfast was excellent however the rest of the food on offer was average to say the least. Ate in the restaurant on one occasion only - that was enough. Poorly thought out menu not executed well. Considering the number of chefs/kitchen staff I saw walking about I think Deniz Feneri is missing a trick here. There was also no gym which is contrary to the promotional literature

Great location and beautiful garden/setting. The staff in particular were extremely friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Murat, one of the waiters, deserves special mention. He was a star and nothing was too much trouble.

The food was nice, but during the holiday we've struggled a bit to get good food.

My mom and I had a fantastic stay at Deniz Feneri hotel. The hotel is beautiful and has a very authentic and personal touch to everything. The location is stunning: a perfect place to get away and admire the beauty of the peninsula. It has a private beach and compared to the city, the water is very warm. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything.

Room sound isolation wish the best: during the night you can hear the neighbour' pooping and water flushes. Some items in the first aid kid are missing.

There was an odor that came into our room in the late afternoon. It smelled a bit like sewage.

Loved the setting. We were here in mid August and the location is quiet and yet convenient (with car) to Kas town. The pool area is beautiful as is the area down by the beach. This part of the peninsula doesn’t have sandy beaches. The hotels instead built platforms and cordon off large zone for swimming. You can jump directly into the perfect water and swim. The staff is incredibly friendly and all quite fluent in English. The views throughout the property are stunning. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. I enjoyed the workout to get to our room.

No one appears to be in charge - the hotel has changed hands (which we knew before we booked), but with the change it appears to have lost some of the personal touches that made it special. Given my limited Turkish and the team’s limited English, queries were difficult, although everyone was very friendly and polite. Breakasts were very wasteful - the hotels intention is now to serve a whole tray of food items, much of which were unwanted. By day 2 we had honed this down, but still seemed an unwelcome scrabble each morning. Items such as orange juice we’re unavailable for a few days. I appreciate things go wrong, but we watched families with children drinking just water at breakfast - we couldn’t understand why it was so difficult to purchase some cartons - again, no one in charge. The beachfront had lots of broken beds and umbrellas which made it uncomfortable and this didn’t improve at all during our stay. I appreciate these are small trivial things, but this is not a cheap place to stay and we heard lots of grumbles from other guests.

We have stayed at Deniz Feneri more than a dozen times. It is a beautiful hotel in a good location. Lunches were excellent (we always choose to go into town of an evening, so didn’t experience dinner, but menu looked good).

The food was not great. Breakfast was included but service was very poor and quality surprisingly poor. We had much better food even at a little beach taverna at Big Pebble Beach (mermaid café - recommend for breakfast, lunch). Staff were very friendly but no training and pretty hopeless… food arrived late, not what was ordered… We would have liked to have eaten in more as location was so idyllic but it was just too annoying and disappointing.

The location was amazing. The pool suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Direct access to the sea was wonderful. The beds were very comfy although the sofa bed was fine for 13 year old would not recommend for an adult. Only 10 mins from Kas in a taxi. 15 mins to a lovely beach. The staff were all very friendly. Despite peak season it didn’t feel too busy.
