Location is very near the historics sights (Hagia Sophia, Bllue Mosque, Galata Bridge, Basilica Cistern), Tram T1, T5 and Ferry just a few minutes away. Hotel has its own Turkish Massage and two Swimming pools for guest use (no additional charges). Rooftop view is amazing especially at sunset. Just nearby the hotel (literally across the street) are located many restaurants of many choices serving Turkish gourmet, local dishes, also pasta and spaghetti, pizza. Turkish sweets and gifts are also in that area. Most of all, the hotel as a host, its staff are amazing, and will take care to attend to the bits and pieces to ensure guest stay comfortable, with Turkish hospitality.

Traffic can be noisy, but windows are good and block most of it out so dont worry.

Great location to see the main sites and then return for a rest in between. Very near metro and tram stop and ferry to get further around. Staff very helpful and friendly, nice little spa to relax after log day and the room top restaurant a bonus.

The pillows were in large and medium sizes, I missed a small pillow to sleep on.

The breakfasts were delicious, varied, something hot, something cold, lots of vegetables, proteins (cheese, eggs), casseroles, lots of nuts, tahini, fruit, and new desserts to taste every day. But the biggest surprise was the particularly dedicated and helpful service from the boss Mehmed - the service was exceptionally impressive.

This hotel is the closest thing to perfection. Great location, amazing staff and a very good breakfast. Value for money is excellent.

Hotel location is excellent and within walking distance if all of the major attractions. Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are all well kept. The breakfast was of a good standard but a little limited in hot food options. The swimming pool was great however, could have done with some more inflatable toys for children. Spa was very good and the massage is highly recommended. I had the Suktans package which was brilliant.

Excellent hotel, staff service at a high level, especially the guys at the reception Dadash and Mert, any request was fulfilled instantly! Varied breakfast, excellent area for tourists, main attractions very close. I recommend!

We have absolutely loved our stay in Istanbul (gorgeous city so rich in culture) and felt at home at Neorion hotel! The best is the location of the hotel - you can reach all of the main attractions by foot in short distance, some others easily by tram, the neighbourhood felt safe and we didn't have a slightest issue. The hotel itself is very cozy, the rooms have spacious layout and styled decor. Small touches such as daily refill of bottled water, sweets, etc. made us feel happy. The staff is fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, professional. Our rooms were perfectly made up every day. Breakfast had a variety of warm dishes and nice pastry, excellent coffee, again all of the staff was outstanding! At the top of the hotel there is a great restaurant (doesn't belong to the hotel but super convenient) and a terasse with an amazing view. Our rooms were located at the 5th floor and were quiet. There is also a spa where you could book a massage or a hammam treatment. Overall, very happy with our stay and we would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul!

This was our second visit to Istanbul and decided to return to the Nerion hotel .Excellent location within walking distance from the main sights and a few steps from the tram. Amazing service the reason why we decided to return.The hotel pays attention to detail and give a fantastic service.The breakfast is super with plenty of choices.Dadash in reception is so helpful and professional .Staff at breakfast go above and beyond to serve you, excellent service from Mehmet ,Cemal and a young girl whose name I didn’t get. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

It would have been nice if the whirlpool water had been warmer. it was cold to sit in it.

Everithing was perfect: the location of the hotel is perfect :close to everything: attractions, bazaar, subway, tram T1. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The spa,pool was nice and clean. The free tea and coffee really good after the bath. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. The staff was polite and kind, especially Dadash, the receptionist, willingly helped with everything. Thank you. Next time we come, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything! The room, bed, staff, spa breakfast..... absolutely brilliant. All staff were so helpful and attentive and really went the extra mile. We had supper most nights in the rooftop restaurant, food was of very high standard with the exceptional views. Highly recommended

The location is perfect for getting around in old town and steps from the Tram …. Near the waterfront and Hagia Sophia …. The staff were INCREDIBLE… specifically Utkan, Mehmet, Hatice and the day concierge as well. They were fabulous
