The ac didn’t work during our entire stay. Heated water in the bathroom was not constant. Room cleaning wasn’t always thorough, and we’d always have to ask for the coffee/milk/sugar refills.

The location is amazing. Just across the road is the tramway/metro station which takes you everywhere. The ferries are also across the road. Taksim square and dolmabahche palace are walking distance. And the Bosporus view from the hotel is also very beautiful

Noise which is coming from the road traffic. Breakfast can be more variable and more continental.

Location is the most advantage of this room. The window view is directed to Great Bosporus. Close to the sea shore pronenade

We had a four nights stay at ZIMMER Hotel Bosporus in the Suite with sea view. The suite and the hotel itself were very clean. We enjoyed every morning a great breakfast with beautiful sea view. The whole staff - from cleaning personnel, waiters to reception - all were very friendly, professional and supportive. Especially Ismail bey as he cared for our wellbeing until our last moment. The location of the hotel is amazing as on tram station , bus and ferry directly in front of the hotel. We highly recommend the ZIMMER Hotel.

The menu options at the bar and restaurant is very limited.

The location of the property is very convenient with a tram and bus station just outside it. Also the ferry station is very close by. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

No elevator on the building

Amazing location near all type of transportation ( fury / tram / bus / Metro) and many services near it Also it’s view on Bosphorus is amazing Staff and owner of the property is a decent man and supportive The property is very nice and comfortable

Poor sound insulation from corridor. Especially noticeable on weekend nights when the rooftop lounge attracts a lot of locals.

Excellent location - easy access to public transport and nice view of Bosphorus.

The breakfast was very limited and we did not go back for the next two days of our stay.. it was not buffet style but just a plate they give everyone. If you chose this due to proximity to Taksim think again, it is a very steep hike!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing. The staff were helpful and their english was very good. If you know your way the tram/ busses, it is just across the street

The safe was not working well The bathroom was small, with the toilet very, very close to the sink. The bathroom exsudt fan's sound was loud. The hotel staff took a deposit of 50 Euros. It is a bit intimidating to think the staff does not trust the hotel guests with room amenities.
