We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BangladeshThe ac didn’t work during our entire stay. Heated water in the bathroom was not constant. Room cleaning wasn’t always thorough, and we’d always have to ask for the coffee/milk/sugar refills.
The location is amazing. Just across the road is the tramway/metro station which takes you everywhere. The ferries are also across the road. Taksim square and dolmabahche palace are walking distance. And the Bosporus view from the hotel is also very beautiful

EgyptWe had a four nights stay at ZIMMER Hotel Bosporus in the Suite with sea view. The suite and the hotel itself were very clean. We enjoyed every morning a great breakfast with beautiful sea view. The whole staff - from cleaning personnel, waiters to reception - all were very friendly, professional and supportive. Especially Ismail bey as he cared for our wellbeing until our last moment. The location of the hotel is amazing as on tram station , bus and ferry directly in front of the hotel. We highly recommend the ZIMMER Hotel.

The location of the property is very convenient with a tram and bus station just outside it. Also the ferry station is very close by. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing. The staff were helpful and their english was very good. If you know your way the tram/ busses, it is just across the street
