Rooms look too old. Need to be renovated. The worst thing about accommodation is that toilet and shower room is separated,very inconvenient.

Breakfast was good, various options, any style of eggs on demand, fresh coffee and orange juice at all times. Room was really clean, they cleaned it everyday and made sure there were always bottles of water in the room. pillows were really comfortable too. Front desk team always impeccable, specially Gonca, Eren, and Erden, not sure i have spelled your names correctly, please forgive me, you guys are amazing. Keep it up!

They didn’t update their spa menu so the prices and service offerings were completely different from the in-room menu compared to the actual spa which the spa front desk clarified that they were a new operator for the spa. The hotel could do with some renovation and refresh of the furniture.

The property was in a location I selected close to the places I was planning to go to and out of the high traffic areas which I liked. The sea view is nice. This is not in the center at all. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed was fine.

I like the location and parking services in the begining, and when i reached the reciption, they all welcome me with proffisionally and quickly served me. The lady that works in morning shift has a great experience and makes me feel comfortable in my stay.

The rooms are old, there haven’t been any changes in the last 15 years or more. Maybe even since the hotel was built. You can notice that the furniture is degrading. Otherwise, it still is comfortable. One thing that bothered us is that they forgot to put towels after the cleaning up. It was unpleasant since we came late and I had to ask the receptionist twice for towels before they finally brought them.

We liked the common area in the groundfloor of the hotel and the location.

The hotel staff are very polite. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and clean. But the rooms were very hot and it was practically impossible to adjust the heat. But overall I was satisfied with the hotel service. A recommendation: if you want to go to this hotel, be sure to have a car. Because access is much better this way!

Have a 10 min walk to the train station. a bit far away from the prime tourist spot . However, we can reach the main places by bus or train.

Metro station is close by and bus stop as well Breakfast was good. Good spread.

The hotel is nice, every room that was offered to me had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast is better than some 5 stars I have tried in Istanbul. A great plus for me, which will make me come again soon, is that they accept dogs and don’t charge any additional fee. Sauna and gym are very nice and equipped!

The hotel has a good location, it is easy to get a taxi or to take a train-metro to go to the center of Istanbul or to go Asia site. My room was with nice sea view . I like a rich breakfast . The sauna was good, but the steam bath doesn’t work. The staff is polite .
