Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

South AfricaUnless you are short and and enjoy extremely loud music until 2am every night you should probably avoid this hotel and the general beachfront area of Oludeniz. The room is in an attic with skylights and very low sloped ceilings (including the bathroom) which makes hitting your head regularly unavoidable. There are several bars in the near vicinity which all play music until the early hours which makes sleep close on impossible. Very disappointing.
The terrace off our room was very beautiful as was the pool area and restaurant.

United KingdomThe downside of being in such a central location is the noise coming from nearby bars. Loud music played every evening - well into the night. I highly recommend noise cancelling earphones - unless planning to be at the bars until about 2am every night!!
Lovely room. Great setting - plenty of greenery around the pool. Very attractive.

United KingdomIt was noisy at night with the location but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault as it was very close proximity to the bars. If you’re a light sleeper then don’t expect to sleep before midnight with the noise.
Lovely breakfast and very attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble and I felt very well looked after. The location was perfect, right on the beach and next to the best restaurants. I loved the bohemian/boutique vibe of the hotel, it was very relaxing and I spent the majority of my holiday sunbathing by the pool with a book and glass of wine!

United KingdomI really enjoyed my stay. I was prepared for the loud music of the neighbouring bars into the early hours. But a warning if you want quiet early nights, you may be disappointed. I would say that the hotel itself is incredibly peaceful throughout the day and had a freindly vibe.
The atmosphere and quality of the hotel were so nice. It was like an oasis of calm amidst the bustle of the seafront in Oludeniz. The staff were so kind and helpful and they helped me several times throughout my stay making me feel so welcome and looked after. I had a late evening flight on my departure and they happily let me leave my bags and use the pool and changing/shower facilities so I could freshen up before my flight. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to Oludeniz.

New ZealandBiggest problem was outside the control of the hotel - it's close to late-night bars and nightclubs that blast music, very loudly, until about 1am.
The rooms and the general hotel grounds were absolutely charming and full of character. It was a peaceful oasis - a refuge from the heavily touristed environment outside. Nice pool, decent restaurant with view of the beach and sea. Really helpful staff. On-premises car park was really good.

QatarThere is no laundry service You can not go in the private pool past 8 pm as they start to chlorinate it. There are no Oysters on the restaurant menu
The location of the hotel is great, it's right by the beach in the middle of Oludeniz, we were able to explore all Oludeniz' seaside, knowing that we can come back to the hotel at any given moment within a 5 minute walk. The private pool and rooftop were ideal for escaping the busy and noisy streets of Oludeniz, in a moment you're transported to this serene environment with a lovely olive garden, and a calm pool. The staff was very helpful throughout, the rooms are super confortable and cozy, and the bathrooms are very spacious and practical, unlimited hot water and towels. Breakfast was good and enough to get the day started. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the value to benefit ratio is great.

RussiaWifi wasn’t very reliable and need to connect every time one wants to use it. We booked a room for 3, we were informed beforehand that the third bed would cost 55 euros but it was not specified that it’s per night. The price of booking the same room is different for 2 and 3 people and we assumed, the total price would not change. We are completely fine to proceed with the payment, but it was not the best to realize there is additional cost that wasn’t clearly communicated while booking.
It’s so beautiful! Looks exactly like in the pictures. Seafront. Very helpful team.

United Kingdomwe got used to the music from the local bars which goes on til 12.30 at least. a lot of other guests did not but I donnt think there are many places by the beach you could avoid it. just keep balcony doors shut and use air con. do be aware that the balcony is not one you can sit out on - which was a disappointment for me - however it is fab by pool all times of the day
age of building is old but pleasant. excellent position for Oludeniz beach. within 50 m of taxis and local buses. nice 20 min morning walks straight out of hotel excellent breakfast. self boil kettle at breakfast with English tea bags. so perfect as far as I am concerned ☕️

United KingdomThe only issue is the noise at night, being so close to the bars. It stops at 1am (used to be midnight). We had taken ear plugs and had no problem getting to sleep but rooms nearer the front are probably more affected. Having said that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
such a beautiful stylish hotel set in olive groves. I do not usually like to laze by a hotel pool but this one is so beautiful and tranquil it is hard to tear yourself away even if it is right on the beach and 100 yards away from the azure coloured sea. Rooms match the exterior in that they are unique and cozy. A good size with plenty of wardrobe space and powerful shower. Beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Every member of staff are friendly and professional and cater to your every need.

GermanyI think in general this facility is on a curve of improvement. The staff was always friendly but at times lacked skills or professionalism. Our stay was pleasant but felt a bit overpriced for the end-to-end experience. The Turkish cuisine in the restaurant could have been better in terms of taste and selection.
Location is great. Pool area was serene and tranquil. Overall ambience and decoration in the hotel are cool and eye-catching. Our room was spacious including terrace and bathroom. Hotel has got an embedded restaurant that can be used for breakfast, midday snacks or dinner. Staff was always ready to help.

AustraliaThe cleaning was an issue. The rooms were not cleaned properly which I was shocked as this is not a 4 star hotel standard. Beds were not that comfortable either. I felt like the hotel price is a bit overrated compare to the hotel conditions.
The hotel has an excellent location close to the beach, cafes, restaurants etc. It has a very chill vibe with the pool area surrounded by olive trees.

SwedenWifi connection was not stable and pretty slow. Breakfast was not impressive, I am not the fan of turkish sausage and I got a bit bored with the options.. but breakfast is the same almost everywhere in this area, so it is just me being picky.
Very beautiful boutique hotel, small and cozy. Perfect for couples. We were two friends and asked for 2 separate beds, but in our room hotel put an extra bed - so we had 1 big + 1 small, so the beds took all the space in the room. We hoped for 2 small standard beds. But this was not a big issues for us. We had a wonderful terrace - that we used as a living room. Bathroom was clean and towels were nice and fresh every day. It does not feel like a hotel, but more like a private colonial summer house which is just great! Beach is literally across the road.
