Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThis is predominantly a ‘Dutch’ hotel with over 80% of the guests coming from that region it can be a bit overwhelming and at times we felt as though we were attending someone else’s party. Secondly the WiFi is poor and in 2022 this is a no no. I would expect to have a good connection in our room and by the pool but I had neither.
The two main things that stood out about the property were: The warmth and friendliness of the staff /team The overall high level of cleanliness

FrancePool should be open until at least 9pm especially when the air temperature leaves you no other choice than playing in water. We were suffocating!!!
Very nice hotel, perfect location close to the river , the boats and the small ferry. Very friendly staff. We were just disapointed that they close the access to the pool at 7pm while the bar next to it remains open late with loud pop music...

PortugalIt’s Bed and Breakfast only, with a snack bar for lunches - but you need to go out for dinner, which is fine as there are lots of great options nearby.

BelgiumWe traveled as a couple and didn’t know that the hotel is more family-oriented. So just keep in mind that there are lots of kids. Also, the pool looks bigger on the pictures than in reality. Plus, a huge hotel sign is covering beautiful view of the mountain. All in all, it’s a good hotel for a few days of stay in Dalyan.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The territory is beautiful, especially the garden side. Our room was very clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Cocktails were the strongest ones we’ve tried on this vacation and the most affordable too. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty, just a normal Turkish breakfast palette. Overall, it’s a good stay, not far from the city and you can find lots of beautiful restaurants on the way to the centre.

United KingdomA beautiful hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. We had a family room, which was spacious & clean. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice. The hotel gardens & pool area are very well maintained with comfortable seating & plenty of shade if required.

United KingdomPerhaps the worst breakfast in Dalyan. A shame and a rip off for the money we paid. The hotel area is not as pictured, perhaps they took pictures of heighbouring hotels. The two gentleman at the Reception are overly friendly, in fact incredibly nosey, kept asking ultra personal questions, dozen of questions a day, keeping an eye on us, you could almost feel with your back they are looking at you. Perhaps it is not a place for a traditional family and we were kind of rare birds? Only partially renovated Oriental style place, smells damp and dust. There are cameras in the hallways and corridors. There are strict rules that do not allow you to "quietly enjoy the property": your food is not allowed in the premises, even dairy and fruits for a young child is frowned upon, you are not allowed to have a breakfast at the table near the pool. No kettle in the premises. No safe either. Quite noisy: the ferry next to the hotel runs very late and very early hours through the night, the music at the bar/pool is very loud and non stop, ranging from forties to eighties style, it's random and unnecessary given no guests this spring. The fisherman restaurant around the corner may offer a fresh fish, but they cannot cook it, starters are equally bad. It's another rip off - you pay London prices, but cannot swallow tasteless and greasy meals served to a good music. Dined at Sahil and Careta Careta and Barbeque Garden and Serenity restaurants - waste of money again, don't go there! It's like teenager buying meat making Barbeque for the first time... There are nice hotels around, try these. There must be good dining spots - just avoid those we went to
