Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff who came to meet and greet us and took our luggage is what makes the hotel so welcoming, they are super friendly and I want to say a big thank you to them ☺️ Reception staff was ok could be more friendly and welcoming. The spa area had a bad smell so I that put off using the spa area. However, massage was awesome very good value, highly recommend. The rooms were ok, comfortable enough for our short stay.

Look of the hotel from outside was not great .. but inside it's good and beautiful with Starbucks and bar counter to enjoy and menu for midnight snacks too 3. Iran- Parking : The parking lot did not look interesting and was small for this hotel and did not have enough space. If we returned to the hotel late, in addition to the lack of space in the parking lot, there was no space on the street and we had to give the car key to the hotel staff. - Deposit : Upon arrival, you have to pay in advance to use the hotel facilities, including breakfast or minibar. of course, in the last days, because we needed money, the deposit was returned to us with good treatment. - Balcony : The balcony had access to other rooms. I woke up one morning and two people were talking on the balcony in front of our room.
- Staff: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were all really great. - Location: The location of the hotel was great. right next to the Gungoren Tram Station (T1 Line) which provided access to the entire city center. One day we went to the city center by tram without using a car. Also, the hotel was right next to Kale Outlet Mall and relatively close to the wholesale clothing area of Merter. - Clean: The rooms were clean and sheets were changed every day. - Parking Security: Parking security was acceptable and the room number was checked every time.

very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with very comfortable beds. Quiet room. There were no noises from the street etc. The location is great. Close to the tram, close to the shopping center with shops, restaurants and a Carrefour grocery store. The €12 breakfasts were good, but they didn't impress me. towels changed quite often. Coffee, tea and water for free. Inside the hotel, Starbucks. We are very pleased with our stay. we will definitely come back here again

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
