Excellent hotel with spectacular breakfast, excellent staff. Many options nearby for lunch or dinner. The room is super comfortable. We loved everything.

The room was a bit small and lower side wall ,also you could smell cigarettes around the corridor at the top. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Absolute PERFECT location VERY close to lots of good restaurants, spice bazaar, Sirkesi tram station & Eminonu ferries. Brilliantly restored 200y old tobacco factory.

Simple bar menu stopped at 1830 and then the only source of food was the restaurant which did not cater for vegetarians

The alcohol bar should get separated by the break fast location and there should be no alcohol placed in a mini bar in the room looking at so much of alcohol around was extremely uneasy

It was good at the reception extremely warm welcome Mr Gökhan was there who speaks very good English and Mr Ahmed was there helped with our luggage without any pulled face but with a happy face , karaam at the restaurant was very hospitable and kind

Would have been better with a room in the upper floors. The one we had was a little dim but we didn't stay much in the room during daytime though.

Great stay, with a very helpful staff; great location next to the main touristic attractions of Istanbul. From there everything can be done by foot or tram or metro. The hotel arranged for us a marvelous "turkish bath" experience, perfect to start the stay. Room was large, quiet and comfy, breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. Only expresso coffee was not included. The restaurant in the hotel is in the Michelin guide and it is worth it. Too bad they don't change the menu from day to day, so we only went once, but it was very good and worth a try.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Nothing was too much bother for anyone, including when my friend left her phone in an Uber and Gokhan from the hotel helped us to locate it. He was also incredibly helpful in advising us on restaurants and where to visit. Exceptional.

This hotel is an undiscovered gem in the heart of Istanbul. I stayed for six nights with a friend and every aspect of our stay was fantastic. The location is unparalleled, the staff were so helpful, Gökçen called ahead to make reservations for us and Mustafa’s daily tidying of our room was excellent. I couldn’t believe the value for money, the hotel rooms were clean and high spec, the hotel itself was lovely and I’d definitely recommend anyone travelling to Istanbul to stay here.

This is a beautiful little hotel, in a well located position - close to public transport (ferry/ metro/ tram) and close to a lot of historical attractions including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. There are also many good places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed, with nice views to the surrounding buildings. Good bed, very quiet.
