I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, especially during my pregnancy. I chose this place specifically for its comfort and amenities, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those expecting mothers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The staff is very helpful, you couldn't ask for more as they work very hard and everything is at a high level, both in the reception and in the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the airport , very close to the city centre. The view of the mountains around the hotel is amazing. The food and drinks are very tasty, high quality, lots of choice. The beach and everything around it is also of a high standard. The rooms are suitable for families with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I have to say a big thank you to all the staff at Rixos premium Göcek for a great time, we will definitely return.

Only thing I would say is that the music is very loud in the evening. It is so loud it takes over the common area. There isn’t really anywhere just to relax in the evening without having to yell over the music. Nothing else really that we didn’t like.

We got such a lovely welcome. We were tired and it was late when we arrived and the reception team got us a buggy straight to the restaurant. They did the check in for us and then came to get us at the end of the meal with the room key and our bags and took us straight to our room. I’ve never had a better check in at a hotel. Talk about setting the right tone. The room was lovely, stocked with drinks and it was very clean and comfortable. I loved the 5 minute boat ride over to the secret beach. There is a beach bar there with wonderful staff who continually ask you if you’d like any drinks or cocktails. There is a snack bar serving hot food but a 2 minute walk away is the wonderful Azur restaurant. Slightly elevated with a view over the sea, it is a delightful place to have lunch. Back at the main resort there is the pool bar and two pools, both great. I loved how the resort was landscaped. We’d wander down in the morning to the Starbucks, then a while later enjoy the buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A big thank you to Rutkay and Beranur but we were so well looked after by everyone. The free 3 hour boat trip was a highlight. They had sandwiches, crisps and an open bar. It stopped off at two spots to swim off the boat. Wi-Fi was excellent at the resort. There are three restaurants you have to pay a supplement to use, the seafood restaurant (25 euro), the Italian restaurant (25 euro) and Japanese restaurant (50 euro). We didn’t try them. All in all a wonderful stay.

The only thing to improve is the ecological aspect of our travel. I simply dont believe in suistanability badge this hotel has, when i consider how the waste management of this hotel works. Also I never demanded room service multiple times a day.

The hotel was great. We enjoyed a lot, very helphul staff, nice and delicious food, and the beach was excellent. Even for the late summer, I can recommend. Very nice environment for couples or group of friends.

Animation team’s & entertainment The buffet dinner was repetitive.

Expected more from the Rixos brand for ultra all inclusive Food was good but not wow (no comparison to them Regnum carya or Maxx royal belek) The boat trip was great & the secret beach was breathtaking. Staff were highly skilled & polite. I didn’t like the live show & music after dinner.

The hotel was fantastic, lots to do and enjoy. The boat to the beach and the secret beach were the best things about the whole stay. Will definitely come back again.
