This hotel is just exceptional! Definitely 10 stars, the ambiance, service by all staff, the amenities, rooms, food, views. We cannot fault it! Special thanks to all the staff especially in the kids club, they looked after our son exceptionally well, my son said he has some of his experiences from the well curated program, the ladies at reception, to the guys in the play station room and the blond lady in the picture who made my son feel so welcome. The food, the drinks, the restaurants were just exceptional. The people’s and turquoise restaurants were top notch! The vibe of the singers in the evening shows, the bar tenders (amazing cocktails), the waiters on roller blades! The assistants in the WhatsApp groups!all just exceptional. This all inclusive hotel was by far the best and we highly recommend it. We will definitely return to Turkey! Service was top notch! We loved our stay! Cherry on top is heated pool! I especially loved how they weren’t too many rules, once you understand how things work, everything is perfect! We really felt free to stay there and welcome!

Nothing was open, restaurants were full before we arrived so we couldn’t book any. Waffles stand was closed. False advertising with Starbucks as the menu was very small and no vegan milks available apart from soya, activities was closed. Bowling wasn’t open , gaming wasn’t open . The place was nice but very disappointing. Not proper labelling of the food. We didn’t get a tour of the hotel either.

The indoor pool should be renovated and aroma used in the Turkish sauna, as the smell was not pleasant.

Can’t think of anything honestly. Even for things they could not control such as the weather and therefore the temperature of the pools, there were solutions such as an indoor heated pool. The only thing would be I would warn you about catching a cab from the hotel into town(Kemer specifically) prices become much more inflated once they know your from Rixos so prepare to haggle.

The hotel was beautiful! It was very large and there was almost too much to eat(ice cream, waffles, burgers, drinks, nuts, chocolate, spaghetti just to name a few outside the breakfast lunch and dinner rotations) all inclusive of course. Everyone was kind and willing to help out. The staff was friendly and even those who couldn’t speak English brought out translators to help communicate. The scenery was beautiful and the environment well maintained. We even got a free upgrade because our actual room was not ready instead of making us wait.

The bathroom and the shower was clogged, we asked for adaptors and they provided us with one only while we have 4 devices, and lastly the transport system inside the resort is not convenient specially for those who can’t walk like elderly , shuttles goes around but most of the time it’s full and you have to wait for more than 20 min for the next one

The resort is luxurious one with large variety of kid’s activities, very suitable to families with kids and teenagers , the kids club and the aqua park is marvellous

The resort is so beautiful! The nature and the property blend together very well. The staff members are very welcoming and always ready to help. Atilla at the reception is very helpful and friendly. I have to say that the facilities were top-notch. The resort was situated in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the ocean and a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. The resort had a large, beautiful pool that was clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available, and the pool bar was always well-stocked with drinks and snacks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. The resort offered a wide range of activities, including water sports, beach volleyball, and live entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always something to do for guests of all ages. While the resort had a lot to offer, unfortunately, the food was a bit of a disappointment. While there were several restaurants on site, the quality of the food was inconsistent and often lacked flavor. Additionally, the buffet-style meals were not well-presented, and the selection of dishes was somewhat limited. Overall, while I would recommend the resort for its facilities and activities, I would caution future guests to manage their expectations when it comes to the food. If you're looking for a luxury vacation with a wide range of activities, this resort might be a good choice. there was a strong smell of the mold from under the beds on the first floor of the villa - exactly were our heads were laying. very unpleasant. but the rooms themself were clean. also - though it is totally normal for this season - you should keep in mind the all the outdoor pools including villas pools and super cold in the autumn and not heated. still!! we managed to use slides in mini-aquapark )

We liked our stay very much! - we were upgraded from a regular family room to a villa by the pool! also it is really quiet at the villas - the food was suuuuper delicious - the nature in this location is spectacular - mountain view and all that - the sea is crystal clear and still warm enough in the beginning of november - the territory is super pretty and picturesque of course, there were a lot of facilities and things to do, also there is a big kids club with a lot of activities and mini - aquapark with the lazy river (there is a big aquapark also)
