Room furniture was little bit older. Our safe broke in the middle of the vacation and not working anymore. There was also loud music from other hotel

Location was very good...Facilities were also very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was little bit older but clean and spacious. Food was very delicious. Animation program for our child was really good :)

I would like the renovation to be more recent, the air conditioning didn’t work well for the first few days, but then they seemed to fix it! transfer from the hotel to the airport is twice as expensive as calling from the yellow button!

The hotel was lovely but the location was not great. The area outside the hotel felt relatively poor and with a very busy road. The sea was very mirky. There is no nice place to walk or wander apart from the hotel grounds.

The food was amazing, very delicious, fresh, and plenty. The aquapark area was ok, but felt older than the rest of the facilities. The evening entertainment was really good.

The only thing I didn’t like was the singer that was around the bar area finished too early because of the hotel’s entertainment program, but if you did not want to go and see the entertainment, there was nothing you could listen too.

Rooms with sea or side views are well worth paying the extra for, the beach is a few minutes away with plenty of sun beds, there is plenty of seats in the dining area or you can sit outside the food is a good quality and the cooked food in the dining area it’s running low, their is plenty of staff to provide you with a service if required

Spa was very expensive compared to what others been paying, they give different prices probably based on looks. Cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom could be better. And also the pavilions near the beach are very overpriced. Wish the staff could speak a better English other than that we had a lovely stay.

Loved the beach and pools areas, dinners were nice and lots of choices felt like home made food. Very affordable hotel. Good location, few malls around the area but not so many restaurants outside the hotel.

I did not like the fact that there was one towel bar. If you were at the one side of the resort you had to walk all the way to the other side to get a towel. There should have been two towel bars on either side of the property

The room was satisfactory. We were upgraded to a family sized suite for that I am grateful. The resort was clean and the facilities were a plenty.

The soundproofing in our room was not great. On some nights we could hear other guests talking as they walked past our door. This was only a problem in the early hours (past midnight). Sometimes they were just passing by, othertimes they would stop and hold full conversations whilst their kids played/cried in the corridor. The noise would always stop after 5 minutes so we never complained to staff. PLEASE NOTE: We could not hear people in other rooms, only in the corridor as they were passing by.

The room was great. The facilities were great. The food selection was great. The drinks selection was great. The weather was great. The staff were really helpful.

I would rate this hotel a 4* rather than a 5*. Some of the staff were rude and not very helpful at all. The man that refills the fridge enters the room even when you have put the "Do NOT Disturb" sign on. This happened a number of times even after complaining to Guest Relation, no action was taken. The foods in the main restaurants were labelled incorrectly. As a vegetarian, you have to be super careful.

Facilities were great and generally nice and clean hotel. Beach was great and good varieties on foods. It was nice that the bar and food was open 24h. Beds were also very comfortable.

Need improvement a lot! Also it’s looking like 4 star not 5. Food isn’t very good. Every day same food and not very quality ( except salad, sweet and fruit). Not any kind of seafood.

Cleanliness is definitely not a strength, and not what you'd expect from a 5* hotel. Communal spaces are okay, but the rooms are just not up to standard.

It's a lovely hotel. Lots of pools, clean and spacious private beachfront, good food, plenty of hangout places, good facilities for kids.

It was a good nice place was probably 10 years ago, as for now it's required immediate renovation and upgrade of all facilities, wear and tear are over, staff trying to keep it at good condition but it's not enough. And they are trying to safe money on food as was expected, food not as expected to be for 5star hotel, in general not bad but there is no an average quality, we could meet good and bad food and an average one. No complaints to the staff, they are the best assets of this place.
