The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday! The breakfast was also very good - we were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, I would recommend it!

Overall - nothing to complain about, we got exactly what we paid for and it was great value.

Breakfast was great, beautiful rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. 15 min walk into central attractions like Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.

Unfortunately the light switch was not working in our room properly so we had to use a paper box to keep the key card in the slot to make it work. The walls are quite thin so we woke up overnight for chatting in the next door room. Unfortunately the spa access even without massage is not included in the price although we thought if a hotel advertises itself as a hotel&spa it would be included in the price. We think most of these things could be improved in the future to make it an excellent place to stay.

The hotel has a great location, most of tourist attractions are within walkable distance. It is a nice touch that the hotel has got a rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served. They have got live music every Friday as well which we really enjoyed. The staff was very polite and kind throughout our stay.

The sound proofing in the rooms could have been better. Especially near the family rooms.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location felt safe and was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, felt like we were staying with relatives rather than at a hotel.

Everything was good, I got a super huge room with a terrace for just myself haha. Stayed only 1 night but everything was fine: clean, nice dinner with life music upstairs, the view during breakfast was just stunning on the sunrise.

The location of the hotel was not what we expected. The bathroom of the superior suite was very small compare to the size of the room.
