The Hotel is obviously getting a bit old and the equipment is pretty old as well. TV is quite ancient with two remotes that you need to use in combination, AC doesn’t work properly. Also there is kind of a club just below the hotel that starts music around midnight and goes until 3:00, and the windows are not soundproof. The drum and bass can keep you awake, if you didn’t already fall asleep before.

It’s a well established hotel in an amazing location especially if you are going to spend your stay in the Asian side. Staff is great, rooms are spacious. The breakfast is not amazing, but ok for the money. Cafe de Paris Restaurant on the terrace is pretty good.

For some reason last time in December time there was a savage smell in top floor’s rooms including ours. It might be for raining and the main savage network coming up.

The property is located in a high end neighborhood with excellent access to high quality restaurants, pubs and other facilities. 5 minutes walk to the train station taking you anywhere cheaply and so quickly. Apart from all the aforementioned things, you can find most of brands and other shops around which is a positive point for a hotel. There’re also groceries around you can get basic needs. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too, I’ve stayed in the hotel at my recent trips during last couple of years.

We had a wonderful accommodation, with the most welcoming staff. The hospitality made this place feel like home. All the aforementioned were brought about with the devoted presence of Zeynep and Büsra, two incredibly amiable and warmhearted employees.

Pillows are very uncomfortable, too thick.. We asked for a softer ones but also very uncomfortable.

The location. Good restaurants are on the street. The shopping street and ocean side are just in minutes .. the ocean view.. water bottles are free everyday.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was one guy at the reception who consistently had a bad attitude, so we did our best to avoid interacting with him. The room's soundproofing wasn't great, as we could hear a lot from the neighboring room. The hotel's air conditioning was under repair, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we visited in October.

The location was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, we had a spacious room with a beautiful sea view and comfy beds, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job, tidying up our room every day.
