Wonderful, the stuff very helpful and clean

I can't mention any major faults, the room is a bit cramped and if the neighbours are loud, it can be heard. The breakfast is not outstanding, but absolutely adequate for a few days, and can be enjoyed in a pleasant setting overlooking the city.

The staff were extremely nice, and in addition to all the useful information, they even put a smile on my face. The room had a good atmosphere and everything I needed. The location is very good, within walking distance to the main attractions.

Cleanliness of the room/ my expectations are high but this hotel was not even near it, and I mean the room, not the hotel in general. Room was cleaned okayish but bathroom not at all. Toilet was not cleaned or cleaned briefly to look like it was cleaned. Hair everywhere on the floor, even on wall tiles. Rest of the hotel is very nicely decorated and maintained. We were using the same towels for 4 days, which is unacceptable. You should replace the towels at least every second day (and yes, I could ask for a towel) but just want to make aware that this is not being done and suggest to start doing. And they were not even collecting water, i stayed wet after i cleaned with it. Same goes with taking out the trash, 2+ days in the trash bin. Be aware that streets are steep and if you are not up to walking up to the hill, this is not an option for you. I personally didn’t mind and I think location is great. Size od the room- very hard to pass by the beds, if three of you at the same time circling around, it gets cramped. If you have 3 suitcases it becomes nightmare. Breakfast area could benefit the installation of kitchen hood as when eggs are fried (which is every morning) you come out of breakfast area smelly. Even with these cons, i would still rate this hotel overall 9/10.

Staff- always attentive, responsive, cannot beat the fact that this hotel is 10/10 because of the staff. All compliments to the staff(kitchen, reception,bell boy)! They make you feel like home! Location- near the tram line and shopping hub which was important to me and my family. Breakfast area- nothing can beat the view on the sea.

Location was great, the personel was kind and very helpfull, breakfast was really good and with beautiful view. It was clean and quiet but near the most known monumemts. We really recommend this hotel:)

The location is great, a few minutes from the tram station, the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room is very nice, clean and well equipped and the stuff is very friendly and redy to help. The terrace where breakfast is served has a beautiful view. I enjoyed staying in this hotel and I'll certainly book again.

The location is perfect and it is very clean, very close to main attractions and few minutes walk from the tram, breakfast good as well. Very peaceful at night as well. The staff was very kind and helpful and for sure I will return.

The heating radiator didn't work, for some this may be a problem. But temperature in the room was optimal to sleep and comfortable breathing

There was a lot of dust in the room and we had to ask for new towels as the ones they gave us first were stained and falling apart.

We loved our stay in the hotel, the Staff were all very friendly and ready to help. We booked airport transfers with them and all went smoothly. Great value for price and great location for exploring the town!

Location: The best location I could imagine! You can easily walk to one of the most important historical relics (Sultan Ahmet Camii, Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern and etc) which made me feel so special and saved me a lot of time to visit around. I'm still overwhelmed by the fact that I was staying just around the corner from these historical landmarks. Also there is a tram station that will allow you to freely explore around the city of Istanbul. Room: Very comfortable and well equipped and it's like having my own room in Istanbul. I also really loved the decor of the common area. The blend of modern and Turkish atmosphere is beautiful and inspired me a lot in an aesthetic way. It was also an amazing feeling to start the day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bosphorus and Marmara Sea from the breakfast floor. The staff: This is what makes this hotel so special! They are knowledgeable and professional, but so friendly and heartwarming that I felt like I was actually living there instead of just staying in a hotel. Spending time with them was one of the highlights of my time in Istanbul and I learned so much from them. Also, I can't thank them enough for their willingness to help me when I had a personal problem. They are literally superheroes.

One night was noisy + the breakfast is always the same it can be improved and it can be varied day by day

Staff were super friendly especially Yunus and they provided me with water and they treated me superbly. The location is perfect it’s a few mins from the tram station Cemberlitas which is convenient for moving around. The hotel is clean and cozy
