Slight only one issue with the electrics however went directly to aqua lettings on site and they managed to fix the issue straight away

Great location complex right on Calis beach and just 10 minute walk to the main Calis beach strip with plenty of restaurants and bars etc. group of 11 including 2 teenagers and one six year old. Complex has onsite restaurant and bar. The restaurant owner was very accommodating as were the bar staff. We had issues for first three nights with power cuts in our villa , but only in the evening. Turned out to be one of the air con units shorting out the circuit, it was a little bit annoying trying to get it sorted, however we were offered a change of villa on the second night but we didn't want the hassle of moving 11 of us. The weather was beautiful for late October, we fit in a boat trip, paragliding, horse riding and a fabulous birthday meal for my 50th. My only real complaint was the hard beds, but plenty of wine helped. All in all good value for money and would recommend based on location.

No starter kit: no soap, no detergents for dish washer and washing machine. Old pans need to be replaced. Noise from nightclub until midnight and from neighbours till 3 a.m. due to no rules for silence for residents.

The furniture and equipment are quite old and have not received significant repairs for an extended period. Far from the city center.

Firstly, our transfer dropped us off at the road end of the complex, and there is no information of how to find reception. There isn't the usual type of single reception, but there are a bunch of letting agency offices at the beach end of the complex. Secondly, the apartment had none of the essential consumables. As stated above, there was cutlery, cups, saucers, pans, erc, but there were no toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishcloths, teatowels, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder, etc. We left some of those types of items, and assume all would be removed before the next customer. This means having to do a shop for all the basic essentials to enjoy an apartments like a home.

A nice set of apartments sat right at the end of Calis beach. A little out of the way, but still handy for restaurants, supermarkets and the rest of Calis beach. The apartment came with dishwasher and washing machine - handy for keeping the luggage down and best outfits clean. The kitchen had all the bits and pieces needed if you wanted to cook in, or to enjoy doggie bags of leftovers from the restaurants. It was a mismatch of cutlery, cups and saucers, but unless you have severe OCD, then it all worked. The key item (for all Brits) was a kettle, for the obligatory cup of tea. The sofa and chair were very comfy, to sit or even to snooze on when having a cheeky siesta. There was a small tv with satelite channels, but we never tested it. The bed was good, with a large wardrobe and lots of drawer space. The outside patio had a set of plastic chairs and table, a washing maiden, and a built in barbecue. The patio led to a nice paved area with a series of pools to enoy. There were beds to use, and some did have apartment names on them, but we still found a couple of blank ones to use. The Ozzgur / Sunset Beach restaurant was located at the front of the complex, facing the beach, serving drinks and good food. The onsite shop was also at the beach end of the complex, and had a good range of basic items from toilet rolls to fresh milk ("Icim" with a red top), beers wine, bread biscuits, cheese, etc. Finally, the local bus has a a stop at the beach end and near the far end of the complex. It takes you down Calis beach and onto Fethiye.

2 of the pools were out of use whilst we were there. Nobody to check us in on arrival, this was pretty stressful at Midnight after a long day of travelling

Great location on the beachfront. 10 minute walk into centre. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Peaceful around the pools with plenty of sun beds.

At check-in I noticed that the cleaning was done superficially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms especially. lack of toilet paper, I really didn't think that we have to buy our own paper. I bought tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, detergent for the washing machine without any problems. The edge of the pool, inside, dirty. The edge of the pool, outside, dirty: broken balloons, bottles, debris. The light in the pool did not work although I announced, nothing changed. The mattresses on the sunbeds were miserable, one sunbed was broken, I fell off it. The beds on the sofas in the living room left the impression of being dirty. At check out, 3 people rang the door to tell us that we had to leave the house, 3. Although we made it very clear that we knew and said that we were 10-20 minutes late, no more. I found it irritating, it ruined everything at the end. Too much, no sense!

The fitness suite was not available as advertised. I had asked for an airport transfer (as offered), but got no response. There were no sun-loungers allocated to our flat by the pool, it was not clear if we could use the ones labelled for other flats.

The BBQ on the balcony was nice. The kitchen was not very well stocked with plates and cups etc. The fridge was big. The air-conditioning worked well.

I would suggest in terms of improvement to guide the guests more as I got my keys and no a single piece of information about facilities. I was exploring myself what the hotel offers and does not.

Very nice, calming atmosphere. No noisy groups - mostly families. The sea is right in front of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is very tasty.

The only negative would be that it was a distance from other restaurants/bars/activities. There is a regular bus service though and they are very easy to use.

The resort was well maintained and laid out well. The shop being open until midnight was beneficial to us as we arrived late at night. It was slightly more expensive than other shops, but I expected that as it was the only shop on site. The on site restaurant/bar was also very good if a tad more expensive. We enjoyed all the food we ate there.

It was a bit cold even with the heating on so we did ask for a blanket as there was only a light summer sheet on the bed but they managed to give us one the day after we asked

Was here beginning of February and booked a villa apartment which was actually a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom so very spacious for the 2 of us with all the necessary for cooking and we found It very clean. It's quite a big resort and there is a small shop at the entrance if you ever need anything , 20min walk to calis beach restaurants , obviously swimming pools and spa were closed , but beautiful sunset from the beach,overall very good experience.

Some facilities in the property needed better technical maintenance. For example the shower didn't work but they fixed it as soon as we asked for help. There was almost everything we might need in the kitchen such as cutlery and pans but it would be nice if they were left cleaner and ready to use.

The complex is very well organized and very close to the sea with its own beach. The garden is very beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to be able to cook your own food. The stuff was friendly and helpful. They provided a very smooth late check-in even though they don't have a 24 hour check-in desk.

Very large and clean apartment, however could do with the little refreshing. We had a lovely stay, very comfortable apartment, great pool area, the rental office staff always there to help you. Lovely restaurant on site. Nice beach. Very good location and easy connection to the town.

The apartment was very dated and run down. Was not clean on arrival I had to sweep the bedroom as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Kitchen cupboards were also extremely dirty the shower was disgusting mould all over the bathroom and the shower head wasn't attached

The location was good great for use of public transport. Pool was nice

good choice of pools and accommodation was a good size the apartment is about a 20 minute walk to get to the restaurant hub although there are a few restaurants in closer proximity
