Room quit small ! Not sure is even 21 sqm they indicate. Prices at SpA far too expensive (in Eur / Usd) which in TL really exaggerated.

Nice location. Beautiful SpA with Hammam, steam bath and sauna.

- Taksim Area is the most dangerous of all Istanbul - every demonstration and "bad nightlife" centralised here. Don't go out alone (as a woman) at night. - Sometimes the water and the electricity just shuts out. - At the night/morning hours for like 30-60 Min there was a really loud "generator" sound. - Even if the view was spectacular (10th floor) the lodge has like a 40 cm high fencing - one bad step or someone little drunk... you are dead.

- The breakfast is really nice, much to choose from. 10 € extra - it worth it! - The breakfast lobby is on the 11th floor, so the view of Istanbul is breathtaking. - The gym is quite okay and the spa is nice. - The room is nice. - The cleaning stuff is kind and tries to do the best.

Staff on reception has difficulty talking in english. In the morning, cleaning staff knocks on the door even if there is a do not disturb sign. They also open the door sometimes even if the sign is on the door. When told to come later, they knock after 30mins again. It can be a disturbance if you want to have a good sleep in the morning.

Bellboys were very nice, helped us to park our car, and also book a taxi to the airport. Staff in general are very helpful, and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. The location was great for food, especially. It is a good place to stay with metro at walking distance.

Loved all services offered, no complaints

The property is well situated, just a block from Taksim square. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and breakfast was the best. Full English breakfast everyday, nice view of the city from the breakfast balcony, loved it. We had an early arrival flight and arrived at the hotel 6am with check-in being at 14:00, but they checked us in at 6am since they had a room available and did not charge us extra for checking in early. This was so great since we were tired from an all night flight from South Africa.

I would prefer to see more cleanness , i don’t say that the rooms werent clean but the cleanness could be more improved and evident, the breakfast was good but still not much improved, the quality of the food and the tastes were completely ok, but there was not much variety in the breakfast options and some fundamental items were missed, apart from these two points everything was very good about this hotel, and we’re also very satisfied with the staffs behavior and attitude toward us.

The location was pretty accessible to everyone where, very close to main turistcal places, right 1 minute by taksim square and istiklal caddesi, in general location was very good.

Stinky Toilet. The smell would enter the room if the wc door left open. The bathroom was small and the shower water was getting hot and cold instead of a constant temperature.

The place was very close to taksim square and bus stop for airport shuttles. WiFi was good. Heating was good. The digital scale in the lobby is very helpful. The staff were nice. The breakfast was decent.

Nothing comes to mind really especially after spending 10 nights there.

Excellent location if you want to be 150meters from Taksim Square / Istiklal Street 250m away. You have the Metro within a 3 minute walk. The Deluxe room is very comfortable and I had the view of Taksim Square. Buffet Breakfast is served on the 11 Floor with amazing views of the Bosporus. I would not be doing justice if I did not mention 2 staff members. Muhammad who runs the concierge is an amazing young man full of character and a vibrant personality, anything you need his your go to man. Second staff member is Idris, tucked away behind reception desk with his radiant welcoming smile. Will do any and everything to accommodate your request in which ever way he can. Thank you guys for making our stay a pleasant one.
