You had to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino and omlettes at breakfast. They did have normal tea, coffee, boiled, and scrambled eggs available free of charge.

The location was perfect, with lots of main attractions on the doorstep. The staff were super helpful and even let us use their city card to get around using boats and trams.

We had two rooms In the terrace room on the top floor it can be a little hard to sleep because for cooling the option is only to open the sliding door which brings in cats noises. We did not have any noise issue with the family room where there are windows into the light well. The +1 bed for a child needed extra padding but they found us some right away.

The location is excellent - super close to the Blue Mosque and a tram stop. Not right on the Main Street which helps with noise. Restaurants around the corner have excellent kid friendly food (pide) as well as other yummy options. The hotel staff was so thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Rooms were remade every day. Main beds were comfortable. Shower was great.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town within walking distance of everything including the tram which is an economical way to get around town. The breakfast room on top of the hotel is warm and sunny with distant views and the food is good and plentiful. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Noise during the night as it is located in the heart of many restaurants. I was also a level below the breakfast hall therefore a lot of noise in the morning particularly when people pulled chairs to/from the table.

Very good breakfast on a beautiful balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Staff were so friendly and allowed us to check in 2 hours ahead of time.

It was all good

Centrally located, very convenient to all attractions and shopping. Front desk especially Mr Moharam made the hotel so much more. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to make it easier for us. I would say he alone makes this hotel so much more. Other staff, bell boy was also very helpful with a smile on his face. We had a wonderful time at this property.

-Generally, our stay was very nice We had very nice experience in this hotel. There was only one things whch annoyed us in first day when someone by mistak open the door. However reception call and apologies for what happend - there is no paper tissue for use there was only toalite paper
