The location is superb 👌 The scenery from the room was superlative The staff were just great, especially Cigdem, Eray, Munevver, Sercan, Yunus, and Tarik. Also, the restaurant staff. Their fine service convinced me to come again.

Great hotel! Very clean, great view! I am looked after wonderfully every time. They do everything to make me feel great. They have the most charming, young, beautiful and kind staff with high professionalism. Everything is at the highest level. I will never cheat on them. The restaurant staff was in general also nice but spoke only very limited English (we are in a 5* Hotel!). We had a drink at the restaurant - Aperol Prosecco for EUR 20 per glass which at the end did not taste well...

The Hotel is located in one of the best living areas of Istanbul far north of the center directly on the Bosporus. Hotel rooms are very nice decorated and equiped. Breakfast variety was very good and staff at the recption was very helpful and fluently in English.

The ac wasnt working well the first night which i did not expect from such great hotel. But i called maintenance and they fixed it right away.

Another superb performance! Absolutely everyone is kind and smiling! As a regular customer, they changed my room to a sea view. A unique view of the Bosphorus! Very clean. Everything shines! A wonderful restaurant and patisserie with very creative and different, delicious treats! A unique spa! Big, with a big gym, professional massage therapists. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Air-conditioner system could have been more silent.

Service, hospitability, cleanliness, and excellent team and personal. Perfect view and location. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotell staff made our experience wonderful. Thank you for Hilal and Dila for their efforts. I would like to also thank for the cleaning staff , housekeeping for their efforts and making our room very tidy and clean. Excellent service-minded team. I recommend this hotell for everybody!
