The hotel management has to invest more in developing the entire hotel. I don't know how come the gym and swimming pool entrance with extra fees .. it must be for free.

A so called "boss" who manage the mountain equipment shop, set the prices by himself. Even worse, they show tags with lower prices, until you want to buy. Roads toward hotel are in bad condition.

Stuff were welcoming and breakfast has many varieties, dinner were OK and they made tea time at five o'clock. Nice place for skiing specially for beginners.

the breakfast and dinner was so ordinary. totally the hotel is a bit old. the facility in the room was so poor, for example the tv is a old one, there was no coffee machine or anything similar inside the room. no food nothing!

Pros: Great location surrounded by bars, resturants with live music and winter activities. Awesome view. Great self-serve breakfast and dinner.

The prices were very high and the money exchange was very unfair, also it was not very clean. The service was pretty slow and forget about your needs.

The view was good and also the ski and snowboard teachers were very friendly and taught very well. Even though the last time that snowed was a long time ago the ski slopes were good.

they didn’t clean the room and refill the shampoo etc in the morning, you have to call them to do that.

we stayed here in December 2021, our family room was outside the hotel itself in the small buildings/apartments adjacent to it. you have to walk every day to have BF or dinner or use the skiing facilities… there is a lot of winter sports to do… skiing,snow boarding, zip line, snow safari,banana snow ride and of course the chair lift (telefrik)… you can take it to the top of the mountain and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sapanca lake down…the my have delicious Sahleb as well…the buffet was big and they refill everything quickly.

they did not put the 3rd bed in the room, although I had paid. I called them 7 times, every time they said they are coming . unfortunately they did not come. I went to reception three times to solve the problem. they responded they are doing within 5 minutes, but the problem solved 5 hours later. They are too busy, crew is not enough.

The impolite staff in the skiing center, obscure prices (sometimes charged card payment fees, sometimes giving cash payment discounts, sometimes accepting a lower price. It felt like a bazaar), lack of English-speaking staff, and the room was not in the best condition (broken door, dirty bathroom).

In the middle of nowhere. False advertising, On booking they responded to a question asking if there is snow and snowboarding & they said yes only for me to go there and skiing and snowboarding season was nowhere near being started yet. Other than snowboarding there was absolutely no reason for me to be there and absolutely nothing to do or anybody there. One girl at the front desk was rude also & didnt really want to help. Upon arrival, wifi was down 3 hours+ and I had no turkish sim.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent. The view was nice. The stuff were mostly helpful.

The food was not labeled in the buffet & first day was cold. The coffee hour does not include Turkish coffee, & you have to pay for swimming pool, gym, parking lot.

We received an email in our way telling us that ALL facilities are NOT free anymore. The Place is dim , old furniture and carpet, rather small rooms, facilities are expensive and less safe than they should be, young ((photographers)) invading your privacy and blocking you from taking memorable photos claiming the scene to be private studios, waffles for 700TL (no mistakes) Restaurant visit is a sprint , everyone is rushing to horde as much food as possible as no meal is refilled, kids are racing between tables making it as loud and chaotic as you would expect .

I only liked the staff , receptionist noticing no one was available so he rushed to help , restaurant staff checking if we needed anything else.

The breakfast food and dinner top ! The waitress Mustafa & Rosul very polite and friendly,both of them speak English very well ,they should promoted incharge at the recepetion area .since the 2 girls at front desk Dont know English 😂
