Veri professional staff work. Location the hotel in a quiet old town center. Cleanliness and tideness in the room. Good breakfasts: traditional turkish snacks, omlette, vegetables, fruits. I recommend.

Location, Location, Location. Everything is at a walking distance in the historical peninsula. Tram service is in proximity. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us plan our activities in the area. Our room had a nice view of sea. Roof top provided a nice Panoramic view of the area Rooms were nicely equipped. House keeping staff was marvelous and kept the rooms in amicable condition. Awesome breakfast in the morning.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Our stay was perfect.

The staff is really friendly. Since we arrived to the hotel they show a lot of attention on the little details, they make sure that we had a plan and kindly offered tours according to our interests. The breakfast and the view of the restaurant is amazing. All the amenities are incredible and everything super clean but I enjoyed the shower the most. The hotel is located in a very convenient ubication. Aydin and Emir were very helpful and always greet us with a friendly smile. We are already planning to return to Istanbul and will for sure stay here!

Toilet a bit cramped in the corner but manageable for most. We had a large bed but bed coverings needed to be bigger. We were fighting over the dooner/ quilt. Over all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend. I had to really think about things I didn't like. This is a great hotel. Rooms not huge but for the amount of time you spend in the room, it's fine. The guys in the sweet shop next door should be given a wide berth. They will hound you every time you walk out or in. Don't be tempted. They will rip you off. Feel free to tell them,a Scottish women told you to avoid them.

Location and staff were fabulous. Room was spotless clean. . Included breakfast was lovely if you embrace Turkish breakfasts. Rooftop terrace for breakfast was fantastic. Amazing views of mosques and Bosporus while eating breakfast. Not a lot of street noise. Very highly recommended.

Our room was a little stuffy at night because it was too early in the season for the air conditioning to be switched on. Wi-Fi was pretty ordinary with constant dropouts.

Central location, literally 2 minutes from the Blue Mosque. The street is almost blocked to cars and hence extremely quiet except for normal neighborhood noise. The staff were excellent and helpful. The cleaning staff were immediately cleaning the room as soon as we went out each day. The breakfast room has panoramic views of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus Strait. The breakfast itself was very varied and the buffet constantly replenished by the staff. We will definitely stay here again in future trips.

There is nothing not to like! Great location near all major attractions; very comfortable bed for restful nights; amazingly helpful and hospitable staff answering our questions with the smile, nice room with everything we needed in it. The breakfast terrace - just the best view ever!

Most importantly great location!! the two most famous mosques were right next to us, a small bazzar (grand bazzar was 10min walking too) and all the lively restaurants and cafes with traditional shows. area was nicely lively and the hotel team was so helpful with the directions and tips. Hotel was so clean and full with the prettiest wood and orchid flowers! Me and mom had a wonderful time chatting with the staff and a big thanks for Mr. Mehmet Atas

The opening on the walk-in shower was tight for my husband, who's a big guy. But the cupboards in the vanity provided plenty of room to place our toiletries (we were there 6 nights)

The staff were terrific; very helpful and we were always greeted with smiles and wishes for a great day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and even had a small sitting area that came in handy. The large breakfast each morning had something for everyone, with the added bonus of being able to view the nearby Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. The location of the hotel is perfect.

2 water bottles/day for two guests. It should not be restricted to only two. And I wonder who would use bottle if they don't need it.

Service of the Employees were excellent. There were three gentlemen (Nursat and two others) were very very helpful all the time.

It was a bit warm in the room so slept with balcony door open.

Best part of the stay was the staff. We were greeted by Emir who set the standard early on. All other staff and owner were exceptionally accommodating and helpful during the entire stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, amazing location, small quaint hotel.

We loved it all!

I can not say enough about the staff! In our busy travels, we have never encountered such a wonderful staff! The hotel is very very clean and beautiful! The room was plenty big with enough room to store our things. The location was great! A very short walk to attractions, restaurants, and stores. The staff are very knowledgeable about the tours with the ability to book them for us! They also arranged our travel between the airport and the hotel which was on time and exceptional! The anticipation of the guest's every need can not be better! Congratulations on a great hotel!

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet and Hagia Sophia. They upgraded me to sea view room which was amazing. Surrounded by everything you will need. The staff are amazing. They genuinely try to help in everything.
