Although we booked our room with breakfast included, we couldn't have breakfast in hotel because we had an early flight. But, the staff were very kind and they prepared a lunch box for us including delicious sandwiches, cakes and fruit juice. The room had a great sea view. Pool was large and spacious.

The room needs updating. A/C unit seems to be inefficient. Unable to cool the room to the set temperature. Food menu somewhat limited. The hotel doesn't allow you to bring food, drinks, or snacks on site.

The quality and variety of meals served in the hotel restaurant (outside breakfast) was’t great for a 5-star hotel. But it wasn’t a big issue for me as there are some nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Comfortable room, nice pool area with sun loungers, good breakfast, excellent spa treatments, hardworking cleaners, helpful receptionists.

I was very surprised when found out no ability to bring some food/drinks from outside (even from inside after breakfast). It was my 4-th place to stay in month and I nowhere met this requirements. Another point was cleaning. After a few days of staying I noticed that no one cared about cleaning my room. I called to reception and they said me that I have to call any time when I need a cleaning. Might because of low season but I would prefer to have it every day just setting a sign.

Actually I stayed there for 2 weeks. I liked unusual for Türkiye Californian style of the hotel. It’s very nice for pictures. View from room to the see was very good. Curtains at windows were stylish and very useful. But practically when you looked at details the room decorated very cheap. Not comfortable bed and pillows. Bedside tables didn’t have shelves. You can just put something on the top. While my staying area of the hotel didn’t looked very good (died plants, rubbish in the handmade river), but closer to my living (might because top season comes) I saw staff who started to do some treatments to make garden more beautiful. Breakfast were good enough.

Swimming pool was closed for the week of our stay and only opened on our last day there. No all inclusive option at the hotel.

Breakfast was nice. The hotel also organized suhur during ramadan though the menu was quite limited compared to Breakfast. The hotel rooms have really nice sea view. Unfortunately the Sea swiming was closed due not having enough warm weather.

Not hotel’s fault but if room on street view than you have the very loud disco across the street which makes it impossible to sleep - non smoking room but still smelled like cigarettes especially in the toilet, even airfresh from housekeeping did not help. They should be stricter regarding smoking in rooms. The smell really makes your room uncomfortable to stay in

Marmara is best in summer regarding use of beach etc however same quality as always. Spacious rooms, nice spa facility, friendly staff, good location.

the prices for food could be a bit less. We fully understand that good quality costs but yet we think that food was a bit overpriced.

This was our second time at the Marmara Hotel. We stayed 18 nights. The main reason we choose The Marmara Hotel is the Hotel is animal friendly. Eating breakfast on terraces with cats, dogs, birds hanging around is an amazing and priceless experience for humankind. To get together with all animals plus an amazing breakfast itself with big green garden gave us joy, happiness and hope each morning! We heard from the staff hotel Management takes care of these homeless animals which gave the Management an extra point. The huge and quality breakfast selection is amazing and kitchen is very successful even for other meals such as snacks, lunch and dinner. Everything was very tasteful. Very calm guests. With very rare occasion we met greedy tourists indeed. Beach is very calm and tidy. The rooms interior design is very interesting and special. We really loved the Californian feeling. The staff is amazing. We would like to especially thank to Mr Ulas and Mr Erkan who was very professional, helpful and friendly. We felt that their contribution during our stay was priceless. Thank you once again! We even would like to thank to Ms Esma who cleaned our room every day and checked with us each morning if we needed anything else. We felt that our room was very tidy and clean during our whole stay. Long story short we hade lovely 18 nights and we will definitely come back!

Great facility and access to the private and secluded beach. Greate spa and swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic and of high quality. Rooms were very clean, however, the furnishings and finishes do need to be upgraded.

It would have been a little easier if English was spoken. Also, our room looked onto the road and it got very noisy at night because of the traffic and disco across the road.

We asked for a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for our purpose. The pool area was always kept clean and ideal for our needs with enough lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy both the sun and shade. The attendants around the pool were discreet and quick to bring orders. The access to the beach was also easy and very comfortable (you go down an elevator and then through a tunnel) and the noodles for those less confident in the sea was a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful. There was something for every taste. The area around the hotel has many restaurants for every taste but the old city is a bit of a distance. However, there are buses that go directly there. The taxi stand is right across the road, so very convenient.
