Be careful, the air conditioning does not work in room 202... I reported them and they changed my room to room 302 but once again it does not work.. I came 3 years ago it was the same thing. .

i booked an annex room that is enough for 6 persons .. when i arrived they told me that my room will be ready the next day and they will be giving me a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed and that is for 4 persons .. so i booked and pay for another room so that it might be enough for my group ..

The room was small with a window that goes inside the building, so the daylight couldn't go through and we had to use lights on all the time

The jacuzzi was amazing; that was the main thing we paid for. Breakfast was good as well with an opportunity to sit on the terrace and enjoy an incredible view of the mosque and the church

I forgot some stuff in the room but they didn’t return it, might be the housekeeping maid stole it , I sent whatsapp message to the hotel they replied rudely , I might left them somewhere else while they were two shirts left in the cupboard.

There is too much noise at night inside the annexe building. So getting peaceful sleep is a problem. The shop keepers on the second and first floor were extremely loud! Also the place has no elevator so taking stairs to the third floor was tiring.

The place was very clean and right on Istiklal street so accessing the restaurants, metro and shopping was very easy. There is a money exchange right next to the hotel so that was also nice. Over all a nice, comfortable place to stay. AC worked well and running hot water was a big plus! The breakfast was really good and so was the staff.

The kitchen service was set up for only two people, however, when we asked for more items, they quickly provided them, so the issue was resolved. Also, the towel dryer in the bathroom wasn't functioning. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't have a major impact on our overall experience, especially considering the other positive aspects of our stay.

I just had to share my amazing experience booking family room number 101 for six people. It was simply fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable, with two sofa beds and a double bed, all wonderfully clean. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was absolutely perfect, right near Taksim Square and facing Istiklal Street. It couldn't have been better situated. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Umut at the reception and Hossein, the breakfast service staff. Umut and his colleague (I'm sorry, I forgot the name) were incredibly helpful, ensuring our check-in went smoothly. They were so professional and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. And a special thank you to Hossein for making our mornings delightful with a delicious breakfast. Despite it being served at a separate building just a 2-minute walk away, it was well worth it, offering a wide variety of tasty options for everyone's palate.

The worst thing about it is the difficulty of entering the hotel with the belongings, the smallness of the rooms and the distance of some rooms from the reception.

The best thing about this hotel is the location near the strategic Taksim Square, as well as the kindness of the staff. In general its good 👍

if only the windows were sound proof. every single police siren, guys singing, or people fighting. all night i could hear it. and they need to put more curtains to cover the windows during day time as it becomes too light and you cannot sleep. breakfast was in another building and we had to go there with kids in morning. other than that it was all good

we were 2 adults and 2 kids, so for me the location is 10/10 if you want it on istaklal street. rooms were bigger as i took executive room. so location and the staff were amazing.

Rooms are a bit old (main building). There are windows on the room but looking at the apartment gap. Prices are a bit high.

the location is great if you need to move around the center or you’re looking for party area. but it’s way too noisy even we were on the 5th floor we could still hear all street noises. the cleaningness of the room wasn’t so great either.

the staff was very warm and welcoming. very helpful too. breakfast was also nice.
