Not many food options around and the one that is nearby we didnt have the best experience there. Very expensive for what we got. The sister hotel 'Half Blue Moon Hotel' which we were told was open to us as well was like a desert town. We went over there on our first night in an attempt to get food or at least a drink and no one was in the bar/restaurant area to serve us. We ended up playing pool and it was nice to have the space to ourselves but I was disappointed and starving! lol

The rooms are huge and clean, loved that the beach was private and close by although not the best to go swimming compared to other beaches on the island. Staff were incredibly helpful and dealt with our queries as quickly as possible. The pool is great and there is parking available which we were grateful for.

Fixings for coffee, tea but no kettle or microwave. No hangers. Hangers and kettle provided upon request.

Some of the support staff at breakfast could be more useful and at least from time to time notice by themselves that something is missing (glasses, cups, certain food...).

Both owners / managers are very attentive, friendly and helpful. Very friendly and helpful is also staff at the reception. Extremely clean room and all around the resort, beautiful private beach with wi-fi and bar, refrigerator in the room, spacious room and balcony...

Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, it did not entirely match the description and photos probably because our room was in the older part of the hotel.

I don’t think the hotel is quite 4 stars which it claims to be. Our toilet didn’t work but were moved in to another room. Beware of the mosquitos, especially at the beach and pool area.

Comfortable bed and room, but there wasn’t a door to separate the toilet/bathroom. Some of the staff were very helpful and always happy. The private beach was amazing as we had it to ourselves for most of the stay. But the water can be quite choppy and there are lots of mosquitoes.

There was only one restaurant on the property.

The property was large with spacious rooms and had a couple pools open 24/7 with the exception of cleaning.

I felt that the linen in my room was either not washed properly or wasn't washed recently. The bathroom also had a slight smell. The service at restaurant was average. I would recommend other if closer. For an all inclusive its acceptable. The internet and digicam network was terrible at this location so Netflix didn't work well. The property seemed worn. There were wall patches and the light switches wasn't laid out well.

I like easy access to pool. The size of bed was perfect. I stayed here outside the busy days so it was quiet. Also easy access to a private beach.

My shower in room 66 is kinda broken not working optimally.... upgrade key card system soo I can have it in my wallet around my phones

We really enjoyed our stay so the following wouldn’t put us off from returning but would enhance the stay. New shower heads are required. Beach bar toilets and bar area needs attention.

The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are big and nicely furnished.

Bathroom needed some repairs as things were falling apart and a bit more detail to cleanliness. AC wasn't the easiest to operate as the remote seemed useless
