The hotel need upgrade , and the breakfast was very simpel. It was very noisy in the morning some days, when someone started to cut the grass or the bushes/trees around 8 am in the morning!

A very cute , small hotel with lovely ambience. Loved the pool Even tho this also need mainteance. The location is great. We loved the room, it had a nice balcony.

The shower in my room didn’t work properly, because the shower head needed to be replaced it took 2 days to get it fixed. But again staff was incredibly helpful.

The hotel is in need of repairs, and they rented a part of the hotel for a party, and the noise level was disturbing.

The reception staff is competent but not particularly helpful for tourists, get your information somewhere else. My biggest gripe is with the party. We were informed ahead of the party on Saturday night, it was a bit loud but fair play to the hotel for being upfront with it. But then around 4:30 in the morning another party started, apparently something called a breakfast party. That one wasn't mentioned at all and it was really loud, particularly because some idiots were honking their cars for minutes at a time. All in all, a good place to stay as long as you make sure no surprise parties are taking place that weekend

The hotel itself is nice and fairly modern, the rooms are spacious and clean. Whoever decided to put the bathroom window next to the toilet right above the toilet seat level clearly shouldn't be allowed to design things. Location is around 30 minutes walk from city centre, neighbourhood is really safe. Breakfast is ok, nothing to write home about but filling and tasty enough.

Located in a green area, close to three supermarkets and with good access to town, this hotel is an excellent location for anybody who is travelling for business. Breakfast is simple (thee, coffee, bread, cereals, fruit and eggs) but suffices. One can enjoy one's meal on the terrace next to the pool. WiFi in the room and pool area was good for email and browsing. And there was a desk in the room to work at. The pool is open all day, it is clean, and its size big enough to do some exercise.

The noise as identified above

Had a lot of noise due to construction work on roof exactly over my room.. sleep was extremely difficult to get... I took the time to get away from work and rest and get some deliverables met.. unfortunate i did not achieved that due to the noise.. this left me a bit disappointed

I didn't like that as a guest I wasn't informed of the event with loud music that took place during my stay. I wasn't told upfront what's not included in the room price, eg. Use of the exercise room at the hotel. The room needs an electrical outlet near the table/office table.

I liked the courteous house keeping staff, the accommodating kitchen staff for me as a vegan and the front desk personnel were polite.

There was a slight smell of mold in the bathroom possibly coming from the shower curtain? And a few mosquitoes, because it rained a lot, which was to be expected, since it was the rainy season. The architecture/layout of the hotel was unusual, and had an old world charm to it!

The breakfast was ample. The best thing was the view of the beautiful northern range (mountains) from my winow and verandah.

I had the experience of the maintenance guy walking in on me while I was undressed however the front desk staff apologized The toilets do not flush I switched rooms because of that and somehow I experienced the same problem they do not provide enough toiletries and the noise in the morning from the consistent power washing or being able to hear room service while they clean the other rooms

The view of the mountains was exceptional and the compound was very clean lastly the staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast options and the coffee . I actually had to purchase breakfast at the rituals across the road.

Breakfast was most disappointing, management needs to reconsider giving patrons a choice between eggs and sussage. Better vegetarian options should be made available. The coffee was absolutely terrible.
