I loved this B&B,10/10 would definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.The location was perfect with the main street being just around the corner, maybe a five minute walk way. Some days in the winter you can’t always see the view with the fog but even so I enjoyed the room a lot. It was my favorite stay in Taiwan.

The stay there is awesome, the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. I am very satisfied with their services, the view of the room is exceptional, plus, it is very near to tourist locations and public transport. I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The host of the B&B was excellent, super friendly and helpful. Location was also a huge plus as its just a 3 min walk from Jiufen Old Street. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had the most amazing Seaview. Would definitely come back again if we were ever planning on staying in Jiufen.

The location is perfect. Only 2min walking DOWNHILL from both bus stations to and from Taipei. The frontdesk was beyond helpful. She even booked dinner restaurant for us.

Location is great, short walking distance to the JiuFen old street. Plenty of space for the four of us with great ocean views. Host was super friendly.

Be warned that the small room may not be to everyone's taste and the door doesn't go all the way to the ground, so hallway noise does seep in. And navigating the road to the location can be a little scary because of where it's located in a traffic pattern, but just be careful.

We really enjoyed our time there. It was comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Very welcoming staff at reception, explained how everything works and how to get in after hours. Dropping my luggage early on check-in day was no problem. Room had a nice view. Facilities are of high quality and everything was clean. Conveniently located just down the road from the bus stop. Good WiFi and fast internet connection. Breakfast was served in the lobby area and included fresh fruit, a sandwhich, waffle and coffee.

Place is very well located with everything within short walking distance. No lift so you will need to carry the luggage up. The host was also very hospitable, and even went out of the way to deliver items (medication) that we left behind to our next location. Very much appreciated for his kindness.

Excellent view from the room!! Clean and decently spacious. Of note there are no elevators in the room so there are some stairs to go up, but this was expected. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Very nice breakfast served in the morning and an outside terrace available with beautiful views. Super convenient location! Walking distance to Jiufen old street and teahouses. Close to the bus stop as well, and the location is accessible by taxi/vehicles. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was amazing and very fresh. We were happy to learn that their meat is halal. The host was super helpful with recommending a restaurant in town where we could eat a vegetarian dinner. They even called the restaurant to let them know of our needs. Our room was small but cozy. Great location!

This hotel is one of the most comfortable one to stay over night. I usually can’t fall asleep easily and get anxious to stay in hotels. But here I feel like home and relaxed. The pillow, mattress and duvet are perfect. Not making you too cold or too hot!

There are no elevators, which are just fine with us. Our rooms are on the 3rd floor with an amazing view. However, for us, as we came with our elderly parents who have back problems, they had a bit of a difficult time to climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor.

The location of the hotel is just minutes away from Jiufen Old Street! Really lovely and convenient. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate it that they provide Halal breakfast for us. The breakfast was just superb and tasty. The rooms are very clean and we had an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. We could not ask for more. We will definitely come again. Thank you very much Happyland B&B for such a lovely stay.

Lugging our bags to the 3rd floor but hey! It was worth it.

Loved the breakfast that was prepared by the owner - her name is Youki (I'm not sure if I spelt it correctly though). She and her husband were very kind hosts. The view from our room was amazing. And the bathroom was modern and clean with all the amenities one would need. There is a beautiful garden balcony at the ground floor where we had our breakfast every morning. The property is just a short 5 mins walk to Jiufen Old Street and another 5 mins more if you wish to start a trek up Mt Keelung. Thank you for the new and wonderful memories Happy Land B&B!

There is no lift so it is a bit hard to carry luggages upstairs. But that won't be a big problem for a short trip from Taipei or around areas.

The location is very good, just walking distance to the Old Streets in Jiufen. The host is very friendly and the breakfast is well balanced in nutrition.
