Entrance of the parking was challenging.

The room size was so big and good, very comfortable, clean . The variety of the breakfast was so good, they had western and eastern food for breakfast, the parking was free.

The variety of food for breakfast was more than expectation, they had western food, beside of Japanese and Taiwanese food. The room and parking were good, the room was bigger than I thought with good facility, only the entrance of parking was so scary, it was a narrow entrance with a sharp slope.

(1) We requested to have our 2 rooms to be at least on the same level, the closer the better. But we were given both rooms at the same level but in different towers??? The explanation provided was our room types could not be found in the same tower at our check in dates. If the hotel informed us earlier, we would have changed the room types to be close together.

(1) Location - the hotel was very accessible as it was located along an artery road in taoyuan. The famous Zhongli Night market was about 10 minutes walk away. There was a SOGO shopping mall within 15 minutes walking radius too. It was surrounded by shops like cafe, family mart, local food shops. There was ample basement parking lots too although taiwan car parks were pretty tight in general. (2) The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We had a quardruple economy room & a deluxe executive twin room. Both rooms had comfortable beds, functioning air conditioners/heating, big toilets with good pressure water heaters. The rooms were well lit, spacious and clean. We did not hear any traffic noise at all although the hotel was located along a busy road. (3) Staff - the front desk could speak good English and would voluntarily guide us on surrounding area attractions with hotel map. All staff there always served us with a smile and were very polite, including the room cleaning staff. Very good service. (4) The posh ambience of the hotel made us feel good although the designs were the oldies kind. Together with the good staff service, we felt valued.

Place is accessible by train and restaurant. Quite and appreciates the room upgrade without request that initiative for us as a member is a plus. Reception, conceirge and dining staff were superb customer service.

The facilities and decorations are old. The location is a bit far away from the mrt station for kids. There is no pediatrician path in some part of the way from the hotel to the mrt station. We need to walk along the road with cars passing. It's dangerous for small kids and baby strollers.

The family room is very spaceous. There are plenty of choices in the breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to the night market.
