- wifi was very weak - somehow the aircon can’t really be adjusted - breakfast time is crazy crowded - most disappointing of all, they charged me cleaning fees for accidentally dirtying the pillow with ONE tiny drop of blood (chapped lips)

Comfortable room in a perfect location for exploring Taipei. Perfect meaning right next to MRT. Walking distance to the line-bus to Jiufen. Rooms and beds are comfortable.

The size of room is too small (probably depend on option that you chose). The price is too expensive when compare with this room size. Cannot even conveniently open the luggage in the room. My room has table but no chair (Fortunately, I found the working table with plugs in lobby which can be substitutes).

Hotel location is the best, just a few steps from Ximen metro. I can see the hotel building easily from Ximending. The breakfast is good (not that much western food but lots of Asian food). The room has everything that you will need. I feel very safe like sleep in my own home. Good place for relaxing from a day trip in Taipei. Also, the bathtab with hot water is so comfortable. Good place to come with old people. There are elevator and escalator.

Room is small and toilet has no bidet. The corridor carpet has stains. Thin walls. I can hear people talking along the corridor.

The rooms were not cleaned. the carpet floors are stained and are not vacuumed. The bidet of the toilet was not working despite us reporting it.

Bathroom fixtures are mostly outdated but still okay and working properly. Also, the room window is a bit small but it gets enough sunlight in.

Very good location! Close to the metro and the crossing to Ximending. Room was very spacious and generally clean (housekeeping do cleaning every day). Staff were also nice and accommodating.

I was surprised there was no scrambled eggs nor sausage in the breakfast buffet. The sound insulation wasn't perfect. I can hear people getting in and out from their room, chatting at the corridor super early in the morning (4 am). I can also hear some weird water sound (maybe other rooms' flushing sound cause I stayed on the 1st floor) through the night.

The location is excellent. Right in front of Ximen station exit 4 (escalator & lift available at exit 4, no problems to travel with lluggages). The breakfast is serve as a buffet. It could become quite crowded sometimes. Dishes are trended to be Asian style. I am really appericate the friuts they serve.

Requested all the rooms on the same floor 6 months before the arrival. But ended up nothing was arranged. We have elders and children with us that require special care. Created a lot of inconveniences.
