I would say that the room I got the staff was cleaning at night outside so I could hear someone sweeping which kinda put me off. But other than that things were really awesome.

I loved the stay here, I find it very peaceful and the rooms are cozy, staff are friendly esp grayson, lulu, salma, xaiver, alex, and Justin. Very welcoming smiling. Even the guards are very helpful. This place makes people feel more comfortable and gives a sense of peace. The cool ocean blue walk, the beaches are clean.

They accidentally charged me for an airport transfer. I took an Uber to hotel because I asked about the transfer and they replied two days after I was already at the hotel. It was reversed however. The tv is quite far from the bed and there was this out of placed beam right in front the bed.

Amazing views! Delicious breakfast! After two days of traveling it was nice to finally kick back in a nice comfortable space! 10/10 on the breakfast! Goodluck,Fulaha and Alphonse were amazing during the breakfast service! Very attentive and hospitable! Always pleasant and smiling!

but the manager(her superior) was extremely rude, I believe he was the operation manager.

The concierge was extremely kind, a lady at the front desk, she welcomed us hospitably.

Need more humidity control in the room. Beautiful property but probably needs extensive HVAC upgrades. I think it impacts staff, too. Perhaps add mounted fans in the hallways, since they are open air. Laundry service was prompt and they returned all items, but they should switch to using pencil when marking their check sheet. I had several garments ruined from the blue ink of a pen. I wasn’t charged for the cleaning of those items, but it’s not the worth of destroyed garment. Not all clothes were cleaned fully, I ended up washing select items at the next destination. Flies. More fans (or something) to deter the flies from circling next to nice lounge areas.

The operations / management leads are excellent. They seem to have strong hospitality experience. I think the staff are working miracles in a property that needs upgrades. Upgrades should be provided to make their lives easier, too.

Room was spacious with good facilities. Restaurant by the sea is great. Ever-present hotel transportation for local travel is a big plus. Topped by courteous and helpful staff. A great place to stay!

Cleaning service was a bit on the poor side. Many times we didn’t get the necessities like hand towels, bath mats.

Staff at the restaurant & bar were very cordial and available all time.

Being hassled a bit too much to "rate us on Trip advisor". Very poor hairdryer in bathroom ( just no power to it at all) and when mine broke they didn't have a back up portable one.

Friendly staff, great sunset views, good food, great location (can easily walk to the Slipway for those last minute traditional gifts) . Spacious room, comfy bed.Pool small, only 9 sun loungers, but clean.

Dislikes: card payments can be a faff, eg. We were charged twice for lunch. One member of staff said the accounts team would refund in 24 hours. Another person said 48 hrs... the accounts team would automatically refund the double payment which of course they did not. So I emailed after we checked out and a refund was eventually offered. I would prefer a door for the toilet, rather than a sliding shutter. Toiletries were a bit grimy and old and sink was blocked. Our door was broken but the site team fixed within 30 mins. All that being said, I would definitely return.

Likes: friendly staff, good food, very clean, spacious room, lots of hot and cold options at breakfast (cereal, crepes, omelettes) but quite expensive. Restaurant on site served a variety of food which was very tasty: lobster, pizza, curries. Beach was very close but not the greatest (sand needs a clean). I felt very safe-lots of security and staff bodies. The gardens were stunning and grounds were very clean. Close to airport (download Bolt for cheap taxi). Hot shower and good powerful water.

Would be recommendable to have the bathroom separated by a door from the room.

Exceptional location. Comfortable rooms. Great view from the room's balcony, in particular to watch the sunset. Nice garden area with private beach and good restaurant offering views on the sea. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
