It would be great if breakfast could begin earlier, for those of us who are traveling through. It currently starts at 8 but 6:30 or 7:00 would be better.

The staff was pleasant. Room is clean and bright. despite of the railway station nearby, it was very quite while sleeping. Beds are comfortable. Moreover, at the moment of booking the staff notified that it could be noisy because of the railway. The location is too close to center. After several days of visiting this hotel I lost some documents and I called staff to help me, they helped me immediately! My estimation is 10/10!

It’s too close to the railway, can be quite noisy as well as flushing the neighbours toilet. However, I’m a heavy sleeper, didn’t bother me at all.

Nice place in a walk distance from the city centre. Tasty breakfast included in the price. Cozy room with a comfortable room. Enough parking lots.

Despite the fact I understood that it was close to the railway station, It was indeed too close) It was absolutely comfortable to sleep with closed windows, but rather impossible with open. In addition, it was very noisy in the corridor, so I didn't hear my neighbors, but did hear their movements in the corridor pretty well. Somebody was very insisting knocking to my door at 2AM, which is not about the hotel, so no blame.

Cool location and hotel, very close to the center of the city. Awesome breakfast, clean restaurant with a lot of space, so breakfast was more than comfortable. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and overall the hotel. Quite big room, with everything I needed.

The bed is narrow and there was no bathtube. Only shower in the room. But I was expected 1 big bed and I just dreamed about the bathtube. Be aware to book sauna before. They also have massage just should be booked forward.

View from the window, friendly and helpful people. I got some food very late evening. That was incredible from their side. I was really hungry but the restaurant was already closed and these sirenas were recently finished.. The room is clean and cosy, perfect for 2 people, as it has 2 beds.

I loved this hotel. They are pet friendly and the facilities are great. The spa was wonderful. I loved the sauna and the pool. And the breakfast buffet was delicious 😋.

I really appreciated that the hotel had electricity even when there was blackout. Rooms are very clean, warm in this freezing winter and breakfast is good with plenty of options. Coffee is horrible, but fortunately I can do without.

The hotel is one of the only few places in Ternopil with 24/7 electricity. It's connected to the railway grid so it's working even during power outages.

You will be lucky if you check in during a period when there will be no banquets. Very often there are banquet events and because of this it is very noisy at night. The staff responds to requests, but does nothing.

Rooms are clean and nice. Food delicious in the restaurant.

Since I arrived at 4 am, the parking lot gate was closed. So the taxi could not go into the parking lot. I had to carry my two suitcases around the building to the hotel entrance

Reception seems to be open 24/7. I was able to check in at 4 am. They have an elevator. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast
