Nothing that I didn't like about our stay. But as far as constructive feedback goes: the exterior of the hotel is rather unimpressive and the lack of a big, clearly visible sign makes it a bit hard to see/find when you first arrive.

Very nice, clean rooms. Great amenities (used the in-room sauna as it was bloody cold outside). English speaking staff. Extremely well located in the heart of Kyiv. Behind the unimpressive exterior lies a very modern hotel that is great value for money.

To reach the shelter you have to go outside into the parking space and take the stairs down. I didn't have to use it though.

The location is very good - in the centre of Kyjiv, and with all necessary facilities, including secure parking. Very well furnished and with nice and friendly staff.

Everything was amazing!

The hotel was situated in the heart of Kyiv and is in a historical/cultural heritage building. The receptionist was amazing and helpful with everything. We previously lived in Kyiv for 3 years and hotel’s location was great to relive our memories. The convenience of parking, which is gated and secure, was a huge bonus. The hotel also has a basement/shelter in case needed.

There are no disadvantages

The hotel is located in an ancient building. Thick walls, high ceilings, a narrow street. The hotel is located a few steps from Independence Square. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds. I am very satisfied with the hotel.

Everything about this place is absolutely excellent. I arrived early on a holiday and everything was already ready. When my plans changed and I had to stay longer, the staff was so sweet, considerate and thoughtful and offered me different options. The room with a sauna is the best and it even comes with a small kitchenette, providing you a great place to take a break. There is no reason not to stay in this great hotel that is in heart of the city.

it's Kyiv, so this is very much a nitpick, but I wish they had just supplied a spare key to keep the mini-split running: even with the sauna off, that room was absolutely roasting in about 15 minutes. staff were super understanding and quick to provide that solution. which I'm guessing just isn't a real problem for most of the year.

as a homebody introvert, the little sauna was easily one of the best things I've ever experienced in my life. the room was just-right-sized and low-key. a perfect base for recovering from city center adventures.

The water was dark. I filled up the beautiful jacuzzi style tub why enjoying the sauna, only to come out and find the water was significantly greenish brown in color and it had an ever so mild off putting scent.

The location is tucked away just off of Independence Square and has a pharmacy, liquor store, and several craft breweries and smaller restaurants on the same street. The facilities are clean and very modern. the room had one of the best air conditioners I have experienced in Ukraine. Also the personal sauna in my room was amazing.
