We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UgandaI like the arrangement/spatial plan of the hotel where you have an open dinning, bar and swimming pool all located in the central place where most of the hotel rooms face. The staff are very receptive and they attended to all our concerns regarding food.

CanadaI don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The staff, and evening entertainment were great and I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was a buffet and very good with both local foods and Western choices. My daughter was happy with the American-style pancakes and syrup as a choice. I also loved the cottage setup. A very good place to stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained and the lifeguard guy was very friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomAsking for drinking water to give to my daughter to take her medication but they refused. They gave an excuse of saying that it was finished because they wanted us to go and buy it from the bar. The food and beverage manager was called but just looked at us and he went back. Not helpful at all. The way they do their cleaning around the dining area while customers are still eating, is not good. Cleaners left the floor wet and they didn't even put a warning sign. I nearly fell over. Their health and safety is really bad.
The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.
