The A/C is in the bedroom & it was very noisy. We ran it during the day along with the ceiling fans in the bedroom & kitchen. Then we turned the A/C off at night & the bedroom remained cool.

We spent a week & had a 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. It was spacious & very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent for walking to the beach, to restaurants & to a plaza with Publix, CVS etc. All staff were friendly & accommodating.

Our room was in the front on A1A, so it was noisy at night, but the AC helped.

Amy, the manager, was great! She is the reason this little place rocks. Melissa too! Location was great. Loved the bikes and beach chairs. Pool area was awesome.

Air conditioner is located in bedroom way too noisy. The refrigerator so noisy I thought it was a dishwasher! This was in Room 104.

Nothing. This hotel is older, clean, and reasonably priced. It not appointed like the big hotels and we didn’t expect it to be.

Convenient, clean, close to shopping (food etc) and the beach. Arranged shuttle to cruise port.

We had some bad luck with the weather this January.

We had a nice size apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen made our stay super easy. The furniture was modern and the overall vibe was really beach-y, definitely what we needed. The view was out to the pool, which was heated and felt really warm.

Thin walls, and needs a little updating.

The resort is in a prime area of the city. You're less than a block or two from the beach, a lot of wonderful restaurants (check out Patrick at The Village Grill), and a beautiful little pool. The rooms were fairly spacious and had modest amenities. The best way to describe the resort is rustic island. Ami and Marie were pheromonal. Ami had to address several issues during our short stay. She handled everything with grace and poise. Marie always had a smile on her face and greeted us everytime we saw her. Between the two ladies they keep the place in good condition.

The bed was very comfortable, but the room was quite rustic. The door locked but looked like it could easily be jarred open. The walls had marks on them and the tub drain was rusty. But all this resulted in a great value for the rate.

The staff at Sea Garden by the Sea were very friendly and helpful. Every question was returned with an upbeat attitude. We were glad that the staff notified us of the free shuttle service (just give a tip) to locations in the area. We used it multiple times. The facility provided bicycles, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs at no charge! We used them all. The simming pool is heated and helped during the cool December weather.

room interior was a little "basic" but nothing really negative to say

Loved the little garden outdoor seating area and bikes-to-borrow. Great location with convenient parking out front and just a short walk to the beach. Appreciated separate bath and beach towels and could also borrow beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool area with nice touches: pretty tiles, palm trees and fountain, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but the rest of the stay made up for it.

They were very accommodating as their office closes at 6 and my flight didn't land until 10pm. I also had business obligations that kept me, time wise, from paying until my 2nd day and they were wonderful about understanding. It's also very close to the beach. I could hear the ocean at night.

Nothing not to like except the gas station down the block gouging prices = 1/2 price just before the bridge to get there . . . not fault of resort.

Amy was very helpful in the office. Free bikes to ride as well as beach chairs. Beach ⛱ is very close along with food shopping, restaurants etc. a block away. Watch a sunrise.

Noisy on first night with music blaring from another guest after the 10pm "quiet hours". Price paid for room was about 35-40 percent more than it should have been thanks to Booking.com. Property would really benefit from a serious makeover.

Room was dated but very clean. Nice to have an efficiency with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Pool area was well kept and a real plus.
