Our room was at the back of the hotel and right next to a courtyard where live music played til 11:00PM. There were earplugs provided in the room, but not effective. Thank goodness, 11 is when we typically turn in. We stayed on a Friday night. The music may just be a weekend thing.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Perfect location. Walking distance to all of Historic District. Breakfast was delicious.

The ceiling fan was dusty...and while I wouldn't hold that against you, there are those who would.

The location was perfect. The staff was warm and friendly. The food was very good. I have a dairy and egg allergy, the staff did a great job of accommodating presenting me with meals that felt just as special as the rest of my family.

Couldn't get to sleep. The bands were playing 'till 2:00 in the morning.

I have been coming to this property for 15+ years. She is showing signs of aging. Suggest they share their remodeling plans with everyone.

As observed from the outside, the siding on the Spanish Street side (the side of the loud bar) appears to be missing or that it’s being worked on so staying on that side of the home may have less sound proofing than normal. We stayed in Room 14 which was quieter and on the floor level next to Michael’s Restaurant. My only opinion regarding our room was the decor. It seemed mix and match and out of place. It didn’t feel luxurious or historical in nature. I’d find a beautiful hotel luxury bedding set and decorate with those colors and select a new carpet for under the bed or hire a designer to come in and advise. Bring a fan if a ceiling fan on high speed is not enough to sleep comfortably. The room has low lighting and is not very bright unless you turn the light on from the ceiling fan. There were air vents in the room but there was no thermostat that we found. We were also never able to get the tv to work but it was no big deal; after all you’re in St. Augustine!! These were observations not complaints, please understand that!! This place is really awesome and we lacked NOTHING!The ladies there were phenomenal and so so sweet!

I loved that the B&B was so centrally located to everything and the wrap around porch was lovely. It was secure and breakfast was amazing each day, superb actually. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We loved the fortified feeling of the home with the wall all around and the old world doors leading into it. The rooms have everything you need and we’re quite comfy. There was body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower and makeup wipes and moisturizer on the sink. There was also bath salts it you wanted to get in the jet tub. There’s a safe in the room, an ice bucket, and earplugs.

While the location was wonderful the neighboring business is not courteous and played music later than allowed by city ordinances. We did speak with one of the owners as we left and wish her luck to get it all straightened out.

This inn is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and sociable. The location is great. It is very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The beds are nice and comfy and the breakfast is great. Freshly made cookies are yummy. I would go again. Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything I didn't like that was controllable by the bed and breakfast. The included parking would be a bit far if you had trouble walking but with a disabled placard you could park anywhere. I believe the parking the city provided the location may have been a quarter mile or so away. That's not bad if you are able bodied but as I said there were other options and even during the Nights of Lights we were able to manage well.

Very good location off St George Street and within walking distance from almost everything. Breakfast was wonderful each day. Room I was upgraded to was spacious and comfortable. I ended up needing an accessible room due to injury and this was a ground floor room with an access ramp to get there and a roll in shower. The people were very nice and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved it.

The room was a little small and tight for the 2 of us, however, we were basically just in there to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal. Would like a door for the bathroom instead of the curtain just for privacy.

The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and historic areas. The staff was amazing, made us feel like family.

Unfortunately, there were bands playing music outside our window until 1-2:00am both nights of our stay. Very thoughtfully, the hotel provided ear plugs to help us sleep.

The room was dark and cramped, hit my head on TV that hung on wall, just to get around my side of the bed, curtain for bathroom door(it worked, but a small door would've given a little privacy to toilet area) The room was a little dated, I didn't mind it being small, but the darkness of the room made it seems smaller. Also I didn't mind, but some might , there is a live band next door, if someone wanted quiet this room would not have worked for them. Maybe a little warning to newbies would be good.

I enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, Breakfast was amazing, staff was lovely. The location was excellent, close to everything. Would stay there again.

It's not that we didn't like it but they are new owners & are doing some renovations. But they are minor things & didn't affect our stay or the quality of our stay.

The location is perfect & the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They were extremely friendly & The food is fantastic.
