The location was truly amazing. Miami Beach main attractions are reachable in walk distance. Lots of cool restaurants and stores very close by.

The phone in our room didnt work so we had to go down to the desk when we needed utensils. Also they didnt have any extra utensils readily available which was inconvenient. The pool was closed for construction also but the hotel let us know before our stay. Also staff was a bit loud in the hallways early in the morning and there was an annoying persistent beeping we kept waking up to from the halls.

The location was amazing. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed the gym even though it was small.

The hotel is really well placed , near shopping and eateries as well as convenience stores. Room was clean . The work on the pool area did not disturb us at all .

Unfortunately the pool was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it. The Gym was ok but very dated slightly broken equipment with no mats and when more than 3 people are in there it's not a comfortable space to work out in. Our room was right next to some kind of air con unit which low rumbled through the entire night. The fridge also made a constant noise too. Breakfast was ok but the menu needs updating as it's very overpriced for what it is, for example $5 for 2 eggs without any toast is a bit odd. so I would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast. The beds & excellent shower pressure are definitely what saves this hotel as it looks pretty run down in the rooms and has a slightly strange smell.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We had a twin room with a nice view and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Staff were nice & friendly too.

All good, fit for purpose. Great for South Beach. Hop on and off bus going into Miami a few blocks away. BEWARE IT IS NOT A ROUND TRIP.

Good location 25 Mins from Airport $60. A few blocks from Ocean Drive. Room large and comfy. Breakfast included and was by menu with good choices in the mezzanine. Staff were v helpful. I arrived early and they kept my suitcase. They also ordered my taxi. Easy to hail a taxi from here as Ocean Drive can sometimes be blocked off. 10 Mins from Miami Beach, Espanola Restaurants and Deco hotels.

The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is lovely but the issue is that the pool is not renovated and that really is an issue because that is a big selling point to wanting to be there, but it will be done soon and when it is the hotel will go up in value!

The staff was great. They were super helpful and very kind. The location was excellent as well. The hotel offered beach towels. We were very close to lots of restaurants and stores which made it very convenient.

Gym is unusable, really bad shape, abandoned. No parking available and no special deal with neighbouring parkings, so add USD30-50 a night for the parking.

Location is amazing, right by Lincoln Road. Courtesy cocktail on arrival is a super nice detail. The whole place is super clean and the staff is very nice.

There is no parking, although there is a drop off area and nearby city parking for about $20 a night. The pool is temporarily closed while it is being rebuilt.

This is an older art deco hotel that hasn't been done up yet. This is a good thing in the sense that it gives a more authentic atmosphere of the area. My room was very spacious. Breakfast was simple, but good.

The room we got was very tiny; we could barely walk around in it. We only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a big issue. Morning coffee is free, but it’s not inside the room.

Great location within walking distance of the beach. Easy access from the airport via Route 150 Express to South Beach; get off at 17th street and from bus stop just 3 mins walk to the hotel. The lobby is modernly designed and looks very inviting. The staff is very helpful and understanding to allow us one more hour to check out.

Wifi was almost nonexistent…very poor, not secure and kept dropping off. We were forced to go to the nearby library to get decent wifi. Also, we were notified that the pool was being renovated…but it wasn’t….it had been ripped right out and no apparent construction to replace or refurbish. Feeling misled…

Location is AMAZING! And the room is very clean. They clean the room everyday (something that does not happens in Orlando, for example).
