눉I ordered a carryout order the night before I checked out from the bar downstairs. The bartender asked for my id to hold as collateral while I waited in my room, which ended up being the worst idea ever... The next day I noticed my id was missing and realized the bartender had not returned it with my order, they were really busy when I went to go pick it up so I figured we both forgot. Might I add I realized this before I left the building but forgot to pick it up from the bar, then when I came back to get it rand when I went to go retrieve it they told me nothing had been turned IN." I knew had not left the building that entire night, I noticed I was missing my id before I left the hotel, so I knew my id was somewhere in your hotel and was met with a completely apathetic staff telling me they "looked all around" which I could tell was not true because they were just pretty much standing there talking to each other dismissing me as some needy crazy person or something, while I was in complete distress as I was traveling out of state and had to get on a plane for work the next day! I called the hotel over and over again only to be told that nothing had surfaced, I knew my id was somewhere in that hotel but. Luckily (after going a series of several giant headaches) I as able to get myself to my job in San fransisco a few days later on a temporary license.. Then mysteriously a week later or so, my id appeared at my address back at home, in an unmarked envelope. I can't prove it of course, but I have a sneaking suspicion that my id was found in some random place because out of human error somebody misplaced it, or it fell somewhere but all I know is my id disappeared while I was in that building and suddenly appeared out of nowhere.. I think somebody messed up and knowing that I had alerted all management they were probably tryin to cover it up! This is completely unacceptable.
눇Initially my stay was great, Jeremiah was incredibly accommodating.. But the day of my departure everything went sour.

눉The bartender and staff were disappointing. Martini's were weak poorly made and over priced. Took forever to get service, even the bill was hard to get while the staff stood around talking to each other, ignoring request for service. After the first day we avoided the bar, poured drinks in our room instead. First time I've stiffed a bartender in over 20 years. I general tip 20% or more. I've been both a server and a bartender. We did order bloody mary's on our last day which were very good but we went to the bar and ordered from there.
