Bed wasnt the most comfortable but I slept good. The box spring made funny noises depending on where I would sit on it. No coffee maker or boiler in the room for hot water, there is a fridge and microwave.

Great stay! The room was impecably clean AND they clean, bring clean towels and clean linen daily (I walked on the maid, the bed was fully stripped!) I got there late at night, and had booked the wrong room (smoking), they were pretty booked out but the desk clerk (Omar) took the time to fix that mistake and get me in a nice room. LOCATION: I would not have been alone or would have brought my gun, I would have totally walked to the Stockyards! It is a 4 minutes drive to main/exchange and also close to get on different freeways. I actually liked the fact that there is nothing around - no homeless or weird crowd from nearby gas stations. Parking lot is a little small but never had an issue finding a spot even getting in late and the hotel was almost fully booked. Ladies, good water pressure to wash your hair! The TV was nice too with good selection of channels. Absolutely recommend staying there and would stay again!

How quiet it was I could sleep without hearing doors opening or slamming till morning, staff was nice people that stayed there was friendly.just overall good stay.

The location was good, the room was big and well-furnished. It was clean and tidy.

There was definite water damage above the shower in the bathroom and I not like the strong air freshener smell that seemed to automatically spray every few minutes in the lobby/breakfast area. It was an overwhelming smell that made it hard to enjoy my food.

The breakfast was mediocre. Didn’t get any a couple of days as got tired of same thing every morning. Ants showed up in the room the first day but the staff took care of it as soon as they could. It was a first floor room which I don’t normally do but this location didn’t have a elevator and others couldn’t take stairs.

Location was okay. Still aways from where we should have been but became easy to navigate.

The spa was closed for some reason. The desk staff was very unsociable.

The breakfast was ok, the waffle batter was too runny so they came out bad. Had to pay an additional 50 bucks for smoking even though I told them we don't smoke. They said it would be refunded but when I spoke to the man at the desk he said it's non refundable.

Not much. Everything was satisfactory. Some definite signs of age, but I've been in newer hotels that were dirtier.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was pretty clean for an aged location. Breakfast was small, but adequate. Had some yogurt, fresh fruit and waffles. The pool was nice, but a little on the cold side. Not heated. We would stay here again.

We had to ask for room service even though they knew we were there for a week which led to running out of coffee tea etc. Also clean towels. Once bought to their attention it was dealt with straight away. We were in an adjoining room where people staying kept us awake either having loud sex or loud conversations into the early hours on their phone

The breakfast was not good. Something was off on the mixture for pancakes and they came out raw in the middle and gross. Hardly any other selection. Walls were paper thin

Well, the breakfast was very slim. Really could use more options. I guess you get what you pay for. It does need to say something about a $50 hold/charge on the website. Because it's still pending on my card and I have no idea of when it's gonna be put refunded back into my account.

So, only went for one night, the room was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. There was a pool even though we didn't use it. Overall, for the night we stayed, it wasn't bad.
