The business king room I booked looked nothing like they have pictured on the website. The couch was small and dingy, there was no actual desk. The room was disappointing.

Really love the front desk staff. Always so friendly and accommodating. Appreciate the multiple entrances. It’s nice having food and a bar on site.

This is a great little hotel. Good breakfast - shout out to the lady who serves it - very helpful. Really appreciated the late bar, with beers half the price of NYC too I should say. Room very clean and comfortable

Upon arrival after 10 hours of driving, my wife and I were DENIED to our room. The F.D.C. made our welcome, UNWELCOMED. He spoke very poor English, had a mask on, an was so rude I contained myself for expressing my disbelief for his incompetence as we had arrived too early by 3 hours. Tired and exhausted we went to the local shopping center. We came back 30 min. before their check in time. The new Front Desk Clerk {F.D.C.} told us we were still too early, My wife and I sat in the lobby for the remaining 15 min. During the check-in process, we were given a ticket for a pub beverage, {which we never used}. This hotel management had hired a non speaking, or broken English speaking, and rude as hell F. D. C. They gave us a handicap room. The water of the shower went all over the bathroom floor. I had to get towels to make a dam so it wouldn't go all over the floor. The sad part, this was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel, and the worse. These new staff members are arrogant, disrespectful, and never again will stay here.

The only sad part was my room was next door to a group of four people who continually talked and made noise during the night until after 4 AM. I didn't check in until midnight and it made sleeping very difficult.

The staff was excellent . The room had everything in it anyone could want as well as comfort. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the area to eat was spacious.

There was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine upon arrival. Bathroom sink was clogged/not draining properly.

The bed i slept in was horrible.. felt like i sunk in it. Pillows were the same issue.. my back is messed up from it to be honest :/ That’s the only complaint i have.. invest in new beds please.. people come from far and traveling to have a good night sleep and that didn’t happen during my stay

There were kids & teens running all over the hotel being very loud, some were running all over in wet bathing suits making a slippery mess. We didn't feel comfortable using the pool bc it was soo packed with kids acting wild & not following the pool rules. We even encountered really rude adults/parents when getting on/off the elevator or walking down the hall they kept pushing us or pushing through us with ZERO manners! With how many staff was there, you'd think they'd have someone checking on the pool are & making guests keep the noise down after 9-10pm. I just found out that night that my dad passed away, the day after my wedding...people should always just be courteous & use manners bc you never know what someone is going through.

The room was really cute, but so small. The rate was fair. The free breakfast was a huge plus for us! The front desk agent the morning we were checking out was very nice, and gave us an extra 40 min past checkout to leave when I explained my father had passed & we just weren't ready to get on the road yet for our 4.5 hr drive home. I didn't catch his name but we really appreciated him doing that.

Better lighting in the room , and carpet on the floor so you didn't have to walk on bare floor

Everything went well , the breakfast wuz good , the room wuz clean , the only thing I didn't like wuz no carpet on the room floor , the bed wuz comfortable, and the room could of have more lighting, overall it was a good stay .

Breakfast isn't that great. Weird you can't take the food out of the breakfast room. Beds feel like cheap college dorm beds. Front desk people never seem to be paying attention I have to flag them somehow to get them to address me

Airport shuttle only begins at 5AM. I was told it was 24/7 service to airport when I booked. I had to pay for a taxi so I could get to the airport on time.
