To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Well organized, well designed, has regular shuttles to and from the airport. Room clean and spacious. Queen beds instead of the more prevalent double beds in most other hotels.

United States of AmericaPARKING; to check in there is only 30 min before you incur fees. If there is a long line at check in you easily can go over, at $12/hr. Im not sure how this compares to other hotels nearby.
It is convenient to SFO and they have a shuttle to/from the airport. I used it to drip off a rental car and return to A Loft that night

United States of AmericaThe room had some obvious defects in the walls, perhaps from an old leak or something? It looked like maybe cracks had been repaired (but not well.) It should be less obvious. The light switch for the bathroom was hard to find. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. The ramen machine was out of everything but one dish.
Airport shuttle was convenient. The lobby and dining/bar areas were a relaxing place to sit. The shuttle came every 15 minutes.

United States of AmericaAlthough the location was nice, it was quite confusing for Lyft drivers to find it because it's next to another hotel. There are no restaurants nearby other than hotel restaurants.
The hotel was close to the airport, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Love that you can walk across the street to the park and watch planes take off and land.

New ZealandSnack food expensive but it is good to have there as nothing else close by. Breakfast at the Hilton across the carpark was very good and staff helpful.
Great we could keep the room longer which was helpful, when we had a late flight. Charged USD15 per hour which is a good way to do it.
