You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe door did not latch shut. The dead bolt worked but when I shut the door to leave it could be pushed open. Towels were clean but pretty stained. Not much of a breakfast.
The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Next to the road but couldn’t hear it or other outside noises. Close proximity to a grocery store and fast food places.

United States of AmericaOwners are in the process of remodeling and updating rooms, which is badly needed. The floor and bathroom in our room had been updated, as was the mattress and bedding so it was just fine for us.
Convenient quiet location; dogs stay free; room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot. Perfect for an overnight stay.

United States of AmericaThe tub spout came off when I pulled up the shower pin. I was able to replace it and finish my shower, but it left alot of water on the bathroom floor. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out.
The room was updated and clean! Everything worked in the room. The parking spaces were large and pets are FREE!! Continental breakfast was decent.
