I have been staying here close to a year maybe more. The staff is great. And they if I do have any trouble they are ther right away. And kind.

The only bad thing was that another guest had his truck idling close to the hot tub so the exhaust fumes were unappealing but I don't blame the hotel for that. Maybe signs could be posted in the parking spots near the pool.

Quite room, convenient to park car close to room. The pool/hot tub was relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and it tasted good. Made traveling on a budget a little easier, not having to pay for breakfast.

The WiFi would repeatedly not connect. The breakfast were always the same foods, I wished there were some variety. We also got charged twice for our stay.

I like the proximity to the freeways and restaurants! It was very central.

One stay out of four or so wasn’t as good as the others. So it’s usually great ther. Parking is great.

I stayed here almost every trip about once a month. When I just went to Saint George this trip I switched hotels as for some reason this hotel was no longer on booking.com it usually pops right up with all the other lower priced hotels but it didn’t and since I stay ther so often it’s right ther on my last stays but u can’t click on it. I tried and nothing happened. I called them and they said it should be. I kept searching so I could see the price and on the app it just would not come up. So I went to just google and to booking.com on ther and on ther for some reason Americas best came up. I was like hmm. So I was gona stay but the price wasn’t what it usually was it was a bit higher. Don’t no if that was because it wasn’t on the app wer my discounts are or what but I couldn’t tell. Maybe I didn’t sign in online cas my app it just pops up. But I would like to ask booking.com why it wasn’t on the app any longer. What happened. I build up credit to with booking so u get discounts and I was just moving up a level with this stay and I couldn’t stay ther. I should still move up I haven’t checked cas I stayed somewhere else that wasn’t what I was used to but still through booking so it should still count towards moving up a level. But I would’ve rather stayed at Americas best. As I usually do. I only had one situation ther out of many stays ther wer about three bugs one stay. No biggie it happens and they offered me another room right away when I called about the bugs again ther wer only 3 that I saw so it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t want to move everything and stayed in the same room. So why wasn’t it on bookings app this trip. Wer I stayed instead was a bit of a let down.

The shower water was lukewarm, so my desires for a hot bath were not fulfilled. The hot tub was also not hot, only warm, but the bubbles/jets worked. Overall the place was very clean, but I did see a mouse run right through the lobby while I was having breakfast; it crawled up into the front desk counter/kiosk.

For the price, it is what I expected and just slightly more. The room I stayed in was renovated and had new tiling in the bathroom and granite counters at the sink. The pool and hot tub worked, though I would call it a warm tub. The beds and pillows were comfortable and all of the appliances worked. There is a continental breakfast, though fairly low grade with egg and sausage patties, sugar cereals and milk, some fruit, various breads to toast, etc (only open 7-9am). The motel is right off I-15, so it is convenient if going to Zion or other places. In the same large parking lot as the motel are many restaurants and stores such as Chipotle, a ramen place, a Pho place, another taco place, Coldstone ice cream, the Chuck-O-Rama buffet, sushi place, sporting goods, furniture store, and across the stress are many more options. For all that was going on outside, my room seemed pretty quiet inside. The wifi worked perfectly; never a gap and I worked from my room for many hours.

Noisy, thin walls. Wouldn’t have been so bad if they hadn’t put a herd of elephants in the room above us. Lesson learned, ask for upper floor. Bed was quite hard and though there was some breakfast it was extremely limited.
