We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo breakfast, cancelled due to COVID. The people on the floor above my room were loud, pounded on the floor, slammed doors until midnight. Management did not have security in place to patrol the motel. There were older occupants who sat outside their room all day smoking and that smoke permeated the air in and out of my room.
The room was clean and the king size bed very comfortable.

Clean and convenient to I-10. I like that the floors are laminate. They have to be cleaner than carpet. AC unit was overly noisy but kept the room cool. Staff were fine.
