The wifi wouldn't connect our first night there. And the staff couldn't help me at all. I asked twice and they didn't even try to troubleshoot it for me. I didn't have internet access any other way so I had to leave and find wifi at other local businesses. The breakfast was only a prepackaged bag, not continental which was a bummer.

The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The side entrance from the parking lot was nice.

Breakfast was a brown bag special filled with mini muffins. Coffee was cold and tasted bad. I had to go and get clean towels for our room because our room was never restocked while we stayed there.

It was in a great location. Easy to get anywhere. When I finally was able to find someone after a couple of days he did explain that they were extremely short staffed and apologized.

Rooms kind of outdated. No breakfast. Deposit for a cheap room not necessary.

I have never paid a $100 deposit for a room before. Was it really necessary? More towels in room. 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights was not enough.

The service was nice but clearly overworked and understaffed which falls on the management's shoulders. It also explained the absence of the free breakfast that I was expecting when we booked this hotel. In an effort to make up for it they give you a discount at the Village Inn. They required a 100 damage deposit so to cover your butt I would reccomend taking pictures of any damage in the room as soon as you enter so they don't try to charge you for it. The hotel needs updated but you get what you pay for in that aspect but overall it was an okay stay.

Nobody (and I mean NOBODY) came in our room during our entire stay...no trash emptied, no clean towels or bedding. We went daily and got our own towels, etc. Also, would have been nice to have their usual breakfast, not just a bag.

Breakfast still brown bag, I understand the why. The wall paper pealing off walls adn the A/C in the room was really loud when it came on.

The location was in a prime location with pleanty of activies, food and entertainment near by. I enjoyed that the hotel had discounts at near by venues. Very friendly stafff.

No towels or toilet paper. Alway had to go up front and ask. I took out my own trash.

Lots of choices to go eat. Lots of activities in both directions of hotel.

the rooms smelled like an old woman’s perfume, we had to ask for the pool to be unlocked by a key mid day, the gentleman behind the counter creeped us out.

The place is showing its age, raggedy around the carpets and drapes. The indoor heated pool not open until 9 a.m. Kinda hard to get use of it before normal start of work day.

The price, linens were clean, people were very nice, location felt safe, convenient to South Springfield.

Fridge did not work. Mattresses were horrible and very old. Hair was everywhere, in the sink, shower on the bathroom floor. Tv guide does not.match the channels.

The bed in 102 was horrible. Thought I was sleeping on plywood. Slept in recliner in room the second night. Was a little better, but didn’t sleep well.

Clean room. No breakfast. Ate at Village Inn both mornings and received discount for staying at hotel.

Not enough outlets around the bed. We both had CPAPs and no where to plug except to unplug the clock. Bed hard.

We were upgraded to a suite because they didn’t have the room we booked. The bed sounded like it was ona piece of metal and made noise every time you turned over

Breakfast was not good. The juice machines were out of order. They had cereal I didn't see any milk, but to be fair after seeing the offerings, we went to waffle house. I didn't search for milk.

It was to dark and there was people outside walking around the hallways look liked they hadn’t been swept or cleaned for ever

Nothing it was dirty and stunt. There was per all over the bottom of the stool and the floor was filthy, the tub was dirty and the chair was broke I turned the bed down and the sheets was nasty I went out and slept in my car it was so bad

Room was dirty, chairs stained, furniture in poor repair, trash between bed and nightstand. Woke in the wee hours of the morning with bites or hives on my arm. We left immediately.
