While the place was clean, it was run down and things were stained. There were also hairs that were not ours in the bed.

It was close to the airport and the staff were very friendly.

Parking lot, balconies and/or halls not kept clean. Trash cans were overstuffed and filled way past their max, some had bags of garbage sitting next to the trash can. Rugs and/or floors outside in the hallways, on the stairs and balconies could use a good vacuuming and/or sweeping. The room could’ve used a little more cleaning. The mirror at the bathroom sink had what looked to be toothpaste and water splatter on it, there was dirt that was easily noticeable in the bathroom floor, tub had a few strands of hair, rug could’ve used a vacuuming and furniture a little more dusted. Garbage dumpsters were over full also and many bags of trash were laying on the ground around the dumpster due to a bunch of stray cats dragging them or knocking them out of the dumpsters.

Breakfast was simple, small selections but a decent variety considering price of stay. Breakfast choices were 2 types of cereal, make your own waffles, fresh apples, bagels, oatmeal and muffins. Orange juice, apple juice, milk and coffee are also offered. Seemed all fresh.

Housekeeping barged in our room at 4pm well after check in. The next morning same housekeeping was knocking on our door at 945 am. He wanted to tell me checkout was 11 am . I said i know and slammed the door in his face!

We were not pleased to have arrived and given a room that was supposedly declared clean, and when we opened the door, it was not clean. The bed was used, and dirty, disgusting, and used stuff were on the bed, and the jacuzzi tub seemed broken or not closed properly.

We enjoyed our second room. The rest was okay, afterall we're not at the hotel the whole time. Just for the nights.

Low chairs ,no phone working ,desk light had no lamp desk was to old fashion couldn't even have a couple of chairs so you could eat in the room

There was a problem with entrance card, had to use an actual key to open the door. Not a deal breaker. Slept well in the comfy bed. Pricing is to our liking.

I was very disappointed in the room..The pictures on the website were very old because the room war very old looking..The website said the rooms were newly renovated our room must have been left out..It smelled of smoke, the tub was stained and we did not stay for breakfast for fear of it not being clean.Also bags of leftover left in the room by former guests which macks me wonder if the room was even cleaned.

Non smoking room but kind of smelled like cigarettes. People above had kids that ran and jumped around until bed time.

The beds were comfy. Hostess seemed overworked but really nice.

Needed a good cleaning and some serious updates. Staff was not friendly at all. Front desk lady was awful.

The entrance door locks were not working so I had to prop the door closed with a chair.

It was near I-87 and we have stayed there several times through the years.

It's basically a no frills budget motel. The property has an overall tired look but it's OK for a short stay. Breakfast is not much, mostly carbs (bread slices, bagels, muffins) cereal and some sad looking apples. A bit more variety would have been nice.

Convenient location, right off the interstate. The room was decent size with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The room was partially renovated so the bathroom area felt clean and modern.

The room had a lingering smell of smoke as did some of the furniture. The floor carpet felt cold and humid, I disliked walking barefooted on it.

The staff was friendly and very professional. The kitchen and dining room area was spacious. The hotel is close to all amendities and restaurants so if we missed anything these were easily accessible. The breakfast was great! I was specting muffins and coffee but we got a large variety of food : bagels, cereals, milk, cream, tea, coffee, philly cheese, jam, juice, muffins, waffles! It really made a huge difference in my appreciation of the place.

Breakfast was disappointing that they didn't even have 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee or at least little creamers. No lids for the disposable coffee cups either. Other than that breakfast was the typical cold cereal, bagels, toast, etc.

This was a quick stop to break up a long drive. The hotel is trying to upgrade things which understandably cost a lot these days. It was pretty clean, but they need to pay a little closer attention to areas under the desk (ie the base of the floor lamp was coated with dust). Much is just on the older side and looks dirty because of age but doesn't come clean. Lots of cameras for security but our hotel door did not have a chain inside for added security but did have a dead bolt, our door shut poorly, I wouldn't be comfortable as woman alone if I wasn't with my husband. Not sure how the other doors were in other rooms. Many families here though.

The rug in my room was moldy and had a moldie Oder. I would have preferred no rug (at all) I left a personal item either in the room or at the counter(rushing to catch my transportation. When I called in the following days to find out if it was turned in to the L&F department, the receptionists drew blank in their response. That was disappointing.

The facility needs update. The room was not properly clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was a strong smell of cat pissed near the air-condition.

The location is good. It is near to everything. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Although this is a budget hotel, the furniture was in disrepair, the pillows were well worn out, there was a stain on the sheet and the the mattress saggy. This hotel is in desperate need of some basic upgrades. The furniture and lamps literally looked like they came from a garage sale or the GoodWill.

Location was good. Price was reasonable.

Maintenance needs improvement. Pl;aster was peeling from ceiling in bathroom and there was an ugly stain in the carpet. The room was good but looked less than clean and a bit dated. Outdoor hallways were very dirty and in need of heavy vacuuming.

Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was at par with other good continental offerings. Location is excellent near highway, gas stations, shops and restaurants. The outdoor pool was very good.

The room didn't seem to really be cleaned, there was the previous stays drink in the fridge, and the curtains were gross, the bed didn't seem the cleanest either, but in a pinch you get what you get.

As we were two people using the room, I would have liked two armchairs, but I understand the lack of place in the room for a second one… It’s not well insulated, but we were so tired we didn’t care.

The beds were very confortable, the room squeaky clean, the staff excellent, breakfast is okay and enough, but it would be nice if available until 10 o’clock. The pillows are weird but okay, I have to say that I’m not used to this kind of pillow, I use a flax seed shell pillow, I know, I know, it’s strange! 🤣

there appeared to be a plugged bullet hole in the door . not sure if it was but made a uneasy felling.
