I was told I could have rooms next to one another prior to arrival by the manager. When I arrived, the clerk attempted to have me accept rooms on separate floors, even after explaining that the manager had already approved it and I’d declined to accept his push. Finally after expressing that I would have stayed elsewhere had I known they wouldn’t place us next to one another, some how this arrangement became available. The bathroom had the previous guest’s used soaps in the shower. The shower wasn’t clean, and the soap and shampoo dispenser were empty.

The rooms were pretty large for the price, and the area seems pretty safe.

The property is nice and clean how ever it s all walks of life that stays there . Officers from the cdcr prison to sketchy drug users . Be careful

very small toilet. vanity overhead light did not work. no towel holders - towels on top of counter. NO coffee - there was a coffee maker, cups and two packets of sugar but not a coffee ground in sight. portion of shower curtain missing. I doubt the tv remote was sanitized.

I wanted a receipt of my stay and they said I would have to get that from Booking.com, How do I get that? I have never had to get a copy of my Folio from Booking.com, the hotel always gave me one. Not happy about this.

Floor plan of 2-bedroom suite was terrible. It forced friends to cross into other friend’s room to use the bathroom. And vice-versa to use the front door.

Best part was that they had a mini fridge and a microwave. The room was large and had comfortable seating for us to eat a simple breakfast that we brought from home. The microwave really came in handy.

Tv didn’t work for me, gets a little loud throughout different times of the night but that was to be expected. Cheap, but you get what you paid for: unfinished trim that exposes you to little bugs, cracked sinks like the ones you find in gas stations, grimy coffee pots that I wouldn’t drink out of… the microwave was dingy but it worked, so can’t complain. Suited all my needs for what I needed!

When I got there I could tell the sheets were clean, so that was great! The service came everyday and gave you fresh towels and made the bed. Communication was decent. It truly was the cheapest in SLO (as well as outside of SLO and Air BnBs)! It’s located in a perfect location off the freeway, so easy access to everywhere. I will also point out that the water pressure for the shower definitely exceeded my expectations!

We paid for a queen room and were put in a room with a full-size bed. Didn’t notice until after office hours when it was too late to swap. A bit annoying but didn’t completely ruin our stay.

Musty room smell, the entire place in need of major renovation if it wants to remain in business for the price per night charged. It’s just an old place, needs a lot of TLC.

Accommodated a preferred downstairs room. Room had frig, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer,iron & ironing board. Heating unit not working properly. Not increasing heat, just blowing air. Shower nice, but vanity sink had cracked bowl.
