Had no hot water the first morning. A bit run down and sloppy.

Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Tram to Disneyland was reliable and on time.

Don't think our heater or a/c worked. Blankets were thinner than most but we asked for extra with no issue. Elevator was bit stinky Light in room was automatic when got up in the night but just covered it with receipt lol 😆 Thin walls Overall was good price n decent for what we needed. Sleep. Between disney visits. Stayed 7 nights.

Breakfast was great. Toast waffles bagels fruit yogurt oatmeal cereal scrambled eggs juice coffee hot chocolate n on the weekend they had sausage Free shuttle to and from disneyland was very convenient Gas station and other stores nearby Gift shop Think there was a pool but we never had time Definitely worth the 20 min distance n the minor dislikes for good breakfast free shuttle and great value.

It's dated with minimal remodeling

Breakfast was meatless, which I personally disliked. The room was good for the price, could use a refrigerator. Bed was nice. I know they are in the process of remodeling can't wait to see them finish. Overall for the price its an average safe place to stay can't say more than that.

The first room we had smelled like mildew. We changed rooms. The next room smelled ok. The hotel is very noisy. Vacuuming late at night in the hall. When a guest next door shuts their door it is very loud and sounds like someone is knocking on the door. The ice machine on our floor was broken. That's very inconvenient. The pillows are either very hard or too soft. The sink was clogged and I had to call maintenance. The hotel needs updating. The hallways smell because the carpet is so old.

Although slow, property has an elevator. I like that guests can get the room through the lobby. Feels more secure. There's a free shuttle to Disneyland. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Waffle maker, cereals, toast, bagels, eggs, yogurt.

The smell of the hallways and rooms of the hotel were not pleasant. The wallpaper on the walls of the hallway were falling down and the carpets had stains all over on the 2nd floor. The rooms window had dirt and grime and the curtains were dusty. The carpets looked old and smelly. The restroom was ok.

The location was great. The exterior of the hotel and its surroundings were perfect. Breakfast and the Disney shuttle was definitely a plus

Staff had no personality, older hotel, smelt like mold. No fridge or microwave, ice makers were broken.

The breakfast was good and the locación was good. I really lived that they have shuttle serviles for Disneyland Park, however, the room were old. It did not look like the pictures.

The room I had looked dirty. It had a smoking smell and just smelled like mildew.

I liked the complimentary breakfast which was good. Staff members are nice .

I did not like the fact that I did not have access to maid service every day. I also didn't like the furniture in the lobby because some of it was stained.

I enjoyed a hot breakfast being served every morning. I also liked the bedding, as well as the designated smoking areas.

The first room they gave us was not cleaned. They "upgraded" us. Same room 3rd floor.

Would loved maybe to have biscuits and gravy and more protein options at breakfast. Shower didn't drain well.

the building is very old. the room had a musty, smoky smell to it. the floor felt sticky so I kept shoes on the whole time. chair next to bed had some stains from who knows what so didn’t sit on it. the remote was very dirty.
