Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sliding door that separated the rooms was very dirty and had what looked to be ketchup stains on it.
We loved the amount of space the Family Suite provided.

The shower walls could use a good cleaning. There were not enough towels in the room. Only four towels for six people?
Loved having the bunk beds. The pool was warm and the hot tub was lovely. It is a little dated and could use some upkeep, but we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Disney was nice. Having the CVS so close was handy.

Upon entering our room it smelled a bit bad (like urine) but we were so tired from driving we didn’t ask for a new room. We think it was the carpet.

Rooms are old and they have a smell. Need updating. Beds are not comfortable at all. The springs in it are loud and made a horrible sleep for my 3 yr old. No breakfast included

The rooms are dated and could use some cosmetic upgrades, but nothing too serious.

If the neighboring room are noisy you will hear it loud and clear in your room , it disturbed our sleeping hour. Upholstery (couch&chair) has very old stains.

The bathroom was not real clean, long black curly hairs on the floor. It would also be helpful if there was a table to set things on it seems there is plenty of room.
So close to Disney, within walking and a good price for being so close.

The place had an old smell to it. Could definitely use some updating. Felt a little dirty walking around the room. There is not a ton of parking on the actual property. You jabe to park in another hotels parking structure. So just a long walk with your bags. We ended up staying an additional night and were staying in the hotel next door. They were fully booked so we couldn't extend our stay with them. That's why we only stayed a night here. When switching over, they wouldn't allow us to check in super early (which I understand) but wouldn't let us park our car in their parking structure... even though we were staying there that night. So we had to pay another day of parking at the Sheraton.
The walk to Disneyland was very close. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from our door to the main gate, and we had young kids. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful once we were able to check in.

Although the room was spacious and set up great, the furniture, carpets etc were a little tired and are in need of updating.
The location was perfect - it is across the street from Disneyland, so we are able to walk. Did not have to drive or worry about a car. For whom was large enough for our family of four and was easy to access and felt safe.

Missing extra pillows for pull out couch but we made it work.
Early check in, I was able to park early, $15 fee. Walking distance to Disney Park. Staff was really nice

Needs renovation and water pressure was awful in the shower. Water sat in the tub and wouldn’t drain out, took a while and then it started to drain.
Location is great , short walk to Disneyland.
